Awesome just got first injection today of 2.5 . how were your results after the first week to fourth? And how many weeks did u do it for? ..so it's really effective? How much diet And exercise did u do after? Thanx much! And congrats!
Be careful with phentermine. Most doctors won’t prescribe without getting your heart checked first. It increases blood pressure and heart rate. Another common side effect is also severe constipation.
Phentermine made me feel angry all the time. I am usually a calm, nice person, but on phentermine I was having to hold myself back from punching people in the face.
Phentermine This dangerous diet pill was yanked from the market by the FDA in 1997 because of its association with serious cardiovascular problems. Phentermine was the “Phen” in Fen-Phen. Along with fenfluramine (“Fen”), the duo of ingredients was linked to heart and pulmonary emergencies, many of which resulted in death. Risks.
I just took my 2nd injection. I don't know exactly how much I lost, but I shaved my beard and I look noticeably thinner in the face. I noticed that since my first injection, that if I eat too much, I'll feel nauseous later when I'm trying to sleep. Overall, small meals leave me sated- I don't have the same urges I used to. I can still eat my favorite foods, but I eat much less. I'm pleased with my overall results and also glad that I don't have to do daily insulin injections anymore. Best wishes to everyone's health!
Try eating 1-2 kiwis every day for constipation. Believe it or not, it works wonders! Also helps to drink water any time you feel hungry as dehydration can actually feel like hunger. Love your channel!🩷
It's cool that you journaled all this. It's got to be nice that you can look back on your journey if you want to. I'm 2 weeks into Mounjaro and losing a lot of weight quickly.
Love this!! You did AMAZING your first week! You go girl! ❤ I'm on Zepbound and have had PCOS for 20 years... nothing has helped until this medication. I've lost 83 lb so far and feel amazing!
I'm just starting on my compounded Tirzepatide journey. I can tell you that it definitely takes away the food noise meaning you're not thinking about food all the time and it takes away my appetite. I am really shocked that your doctor gave you Phentermine and Manjaro both. I've taken Phentermine several times in the past and it's a speed- it makes you really jazzed up and I didn't find that it so much suppressed my appetite, it's just that I was buzzing around so much I didn't think about meals as much as I did constantly physically moving. But I can honestly say that Tirzepatide is fully living up to its claims of canceling the food noise, cravings and appetite. Thanks for sharing your story
My employer also covered the medication 100% no copay either. I don’t have diabetes but my PCP did a insulin test and i ended up being insulin resistant so i got approved.
18:45 she says how much she lost. Great results. Most def from the mounjaro, phentermine isnt a very good drug. Banned in many states. Don’t take long term.
Hi! I have some advice on the phentermine. Take a probiotic daily. It does constipate you and a probiotic can help. Also make sure you are drinking lots of water. It will dehydrate you. I actually got heat exhaustion this may that stemmed from working out in the heat while on phentermine.
New subscriber here! I'm on week 2 and having exactly the same side effects of twitchy eye , nausea and constipation. Usually passes on the third day. Will be binge watching now to see how you go. Thanks for the vlogs 😊🌺
I was able to get it approved with my insurance so it may depend on insurance; although my doc did have to submit docs as to why I should have it covered. Either way, it is worth it. If getting the coupon is what you need to do, I suggest it. I am down 7 lbs and it hasn't even been a week yet!
Oh wow!! You can take phentramine with this??? That’s awesome !!! I’ve always had good results with that when it was in stacker 2 pills til they took it off the market. I’m gonna ask my dr about this. Congrats on your success. I started my journey with Mounjaro this past Sunday. I haven’t really felt any side effects so far.
I started on your most recent video and then came to your first video. I used to do the Trulicity/Phetermine combo.... I was always sick, but I lost a lot of body fat, and about 20lbs. Recently I gained 7 and kinda got off of my routine. My doctor gave me this, last night was my first night and I feel run down, have a slight headache and kinda just feel blah. I will prob start getting on my Peleton again tomorrow or the next day. What saved me from completely being a couch bum today was traveling for work. I will say I have not had much of an appetite today. So maybe your original thought about the shot was true or a mix of the shot and Phetermine. So happy to see your progress!!!
I got lucky and my coupon says $25 for 12 months and my Dr gave me a free months supply so I have 13months. I'm also a type 2 diabetic. I just took my 1st dose 10mins ago and excited for the weightloss journey. Already have meal preps and workouts planned ❤️ good luck to everyone else on this journey 💪🏻 😁
I feel so sorry for you guys in the US. In the UK you can buy mounjaro for £130, or if you get it prescribed by a doctor it's free. Your health care system is broken 😢
Congratulations on your weight loss!! I watched one of your more recent videos and I am now going back to watch your journey. I started Mounjaro in January. It has been almost three months and I’m down 15 pounds. I have not been dieting just less hungry. I feel like the weight loss was effortless but not as much as I had hoped to lose by now. I did 2.5 mg for one month, then 5 mg for one month and just finishing one month at 7.5 mg. My doctor asked if I wanted to increase to 10 mg but I’m going to stay at 7.5 mg for a second month. I would like to ask you for more details on Phentermine. How did you hear about it or how was it recommended for you? From your personal experience would you recommend it along with Mounjaro for additional appetite suppressant? Please share any details that might help me make a decision if it worth talking to my Doctor about. Than you!!
When I took mine last night, it did not hurt one bit! So much so that I was doubting whether it actually went in! But there was the same familiar tiny blood bit so I’m guessing it did work! 😂
Phentermine is so scary had me feeling bipolar and like I was high off drugs..I had to stop I was so angry and dry mouth my heart was going so fast I couldn’t do it..
Same. I'm a very non confrontational, nice person and Phentermine made me have to constantly restrain myself from punching people in the face. I couldn't do it.
Wow! That’s an incredible loss in 1 week! I wish I would have known about the Mounjaro coupon earlier. My insurance won’t cover it because I don’t have DM2. The coupon on the website will only cover $500 of the cost if your insurance doesn’t cover the medication…. It just changed on the 10th 🙄 On the plus side…. My insurance will cover WeGovy and Ozempic. I’m hoping to start one of those medications the beginning of December. Again, great job this week! I’m looking forward to more videos 😊
@@Brittanylosing yes! I literally just followed a support group on Facebook that day too! One of the admins made a pinned post stating “The $25 offer without insurance coverage has ended. New card = $500 off…” I did sign up for the savings card and that’s what it states on there as well. Anyone who got the saving card before the 10th is grandfathered in so you should still get the medication for $25.
I really want to try Monjauro but unfortunately Kaiser doesn't cover it and the 4 or 5 questionnaire on the website you have to check that you have type 2 diabetes in order to get the $25 coupon and although I'm pre-diabetic I don't feel comfortable clicking on it. From what I've read and seen from other ppls RUclips they don't have diabetes either but I think the conditions of the coupon changed recently. My doctor told me bout Phentermine but there are way too many side effects for my liking and I already go through enough because I'm going through perimenoopause. Hopefully things will change soon I can try Monjauro because I really think it could help me, good luck on your weight loss journey.
I’ve never heard of phenteremine…and wasn’t sure other things could b taken with Mounjaro. I know you can still take Metformin but didn’t know another weight loss drug could be prescribed too. I need that energy you have ❤ Congratulations 🎈
I wish while viewing these Mounjaro results I could see more on how it has helped those with Type II DIABETES. My doctor and I are trying to lower my A1C. He prescribed Mounjaro. I went to pick it up from the pharmacy on to find out they don't have in stock . Lady at the pharmacy said doctors are prescribing it for weight loss. I told her so we Diabetics have to go without our meds so they can lose weight? Pisses me off. This needs to be better regulated.
@Brittany Rose: Downsizing Yes. It is very frustrating because I need relief from my blood sugar spikes. Even changing my diet hasnt helped. The Pharmacist explained to me that while it is a drug made for those with Type II DIABETES, doctors all around are prescribing it for "weight loss". It's not the pharmaceuticals' fault. The pharmaceutical company wasn't expecting that type of supply & demand. Those looking for a quick weight loss method overpowered those of is that actually need it to help regulate our blood sugar. So apparently, it's not too expensive - people finding the funds ro pay for it. My doctor even switched me from Mounjaro to Ozempic since Mounjaro was on back order. Ozempic was out too come to find out Good Morning did a story of how people are having Ozempic weight loss parties. So again...yes it is frustrating. I wonder what people are going to do once they can't take it anymore and weight creeps back.
And the weight loss is medical. There's a lot of health issues including diabetes that you are at greater risk for if your waist line is over 35 inches. Obesity is a medical condition that needs treated and this helps prevent others from developing more serious health conditions
Oh Brittany! Fantastic, I’m so so happy for you. And you’re getting in exercise with walking, you are getting it done. 🎉🎉🎉 Congratulation. Looking forward to next week. Glad you’re feeling ok with it and overall.
I wonder what it would be without the phentermine though because I lost so much weight on the phentermine but I gained it all back and it never worked again.
So my sister said that the first time she took phentermine it worked amazing, and then it’s never worked the same for her. But she didn’t gain the weight back
Brittany, watch the protein bars... many have a lot of sugar so eating 'real' food is always better ... I do have protein shakes and use Orgain organic protein powder ... very low sugar and high protein .. comes in vanilla or chocolate ... but good for you for wanting to do something good for your health! Just watch processed foods, they are not the best choice
Nothing wrong with protein bars. Its the calories in your food that matters, people need to stop demonising low calorie diet foods just because they're processed. I eat three protein bars a day and am down 140lb naturally drug free.
I wasn’t expecting you to say you lost that much! Incredible! do you feel like you are getting enough nutrients?? is your doctor recommending supplementing at this time? I don’t know anything about either medication.
I am trying to choose nutrient dense, high protein foods, and I am doing a collagen protein shake daily, along with a vitamin. Honestly, I’ve got to be getting way more good nutrition then i was before when i was eating whatever
At the time my doctor recommended it, to be fair I don’t think it’s something he would now recommend (almost 2 yrs later with a lot more known about GLP-1s)
I love phentermine and lost 10 pounds from it. And now I am on Mounjaro. However, my doctor won’t let me take both at the same time. How are you able to do it?
I’m on 0.5 and lost 8 pounds the first week! I had nausea on the 3 rd shot!! Awful I did not do ANY exercise and I drive a truck so I would sit and drive 11 hours a day!
Please share the coupon you used for the mounjaro because I’ve been on this now for 6 months and I have yet to find a coupon even from the manufacturer website for anything less than $457 a month
I picked up my prescription last night! Unfortunately the terms of the coupon recently changed so now I believe it's up to $500 off per month. The pharmacist was shocked, he said he was able to get it in for $25 just a few days ago. I wound up still getting it and paid $450. Really hoping it works since I made ethe investment 😬
Yes! If you had activated the coupon prior to November 10th, you can still get it for 25$. After that it’s the percentage off. I’m so glad you were still able to get it!
You will need to get prior authorization from your insurance company to get it for $25. I’m Type 2 diabetic and initially, my insurance rejected authorization (which is typical) and it was going to cost me $477. My insurance finally approved it and now can get it for $25.
@@christijohnson2320 I'm picking up my prescription today and I was initially rejected as well. But I have the coupon and the coupon says that if you have insurance and the drug is not approved then you get the % off. But if you have insurance and are approved you should be able to get it for $25.
I’m very interested because I’m on both atm. I haven’t took phentermine in a week only because I left it at my house and I’m now back home visiting my parents and is on mournjaro after visiting my GP in my hometown. I wanna see how it works
They don't all look like that..mine came in a regular insulin syringe with orange cap...no locking. Btw it costs $495 for first month at vitamin b12 store
Shook at the price! I went private in the UK and the first course with £40 off, was £109 for the first course. Highest price I saw was £219, but that's without any coaching etc. If I had any major problems I'd have to go to my GP
@@gentlemanjim480ideally you have a healthy eating and exercise plan as well, as the medication is not a magic cure. When you come off it you will put weight back on unless you change the habits that made you obese in the first place. You should be using the mounjaro to help introduce the healthy eating and lifestyle plan that you will follow for life. Hence the coaching
Phen makes my head hurt after coming off the medication. And I hardly lost anything 😢. I think it’s because I hate drinking anything and water is very important when taking it. But I’ll look into the mounjaro. 🤔
Yes! I’m realizing how important water is on the phentermine! If not my mouth is SO dry, my lips… everything. So weird. But i do think it’s aiding a lot in suppressing my appetite
I'm just know starting out on mounjaro today and so far I've had a bad headache I just starting taking today at 10:30am this morning so I'm really hoping this works for me my insurance paid for it
So with your ensurance you pay $25 for the month supply? Or no ensurance and savings card was $25 a cupon??? Im confused now 😢 I know by self is sooo expensive
I don’t get this coupon anymore, as it’s expired. I currently have the discount card that makes it $550 for a month, but only buy it every other since I’m not doing biweekly injections.
Now there is a weight loss version of Mounjaro called Zepbound and they offer a coupon card for $25. If you are using to lose weight us Zepbound. It's the same drug with a different name. Leave the Mounjaro for real diabetics. I am diabetic and had issues getting my first month supply due to supply and demand because people who aren't diabetic are still using Mounjaro for weight loss only.
Wow 0ver $1000 is that’s for 4 injection’s ? I’m from England uk it’s very hard to get from a doctor’s so we just buy it out self 4 injection one a week cost £179 so something like $230.
Week one I lost 6 lbs......week 2 I gained 4 lbs back? Im on Mounjaro for type 2....my pharmacy says the higher strengths are hard to get......does anyone know if the price increases with the strength because I'm already close to the Medicare doughnut hole and will have to pay 25% of the cost.....so being on Medicare with type 2 I will be paying $250 to $300 a month.....you can't use a coupon with Medicare......seems backwards doesn't it?
Mounjaro for type II diabetes is great and it's helping me lose a lot of weight. I'm not familiar with this other medication but a quick search says it's not for me because of other conditions.
I've been on Mounjaro for 4 months! I've lost 56 pounds with walking and low carb/high protein diet! This is so motivating!
I have s box of Mounjaro in my refrigerator that I’m reluctant to start because side of the side effects
You lost 9lbs in 1 week! Congratulations!
I love Monjaro! I’ve been on it for 3 months and I’ve lost 25 pounds and feel amazing.

Started monjaro today.i was on semiglutide for 7 weeks and lost 27 pounds..was stuck on 174 for 2 weeks so dr recomended monjaro
I paid a 25.00 co pay for a month supply, I am diabetic and I have BCBS
I lost 60lbs in 1 yr on just phentermine with new eating habits and just walking
Phentermine is no joke! Like being on speed! Plus Mounjaro WOW!
I’m not on both anymore ☺️
Oh Brittany! Fantastic, I’m so so happy for you. And you’re getting in exercise with walking, you are getting it done.
🎉🎉🎉 Congratulation.
Looking forward to next week. Glad you’re feeling ok with it and overall.
Thank you Kathy! I’m feeling so excited about this journey!
Is that coupon for Mounjaro still available??
I wonder what it would be without the phentermine though because I lost so much weight on the phentermine but I gained it all back and it never worked again.
So my sister said that the first time she took phentermine it worked amazing, and then it’s never worked the same for her. But she didn’t gain the weight back
Phentermine causes nerve damage. Is it worth it?
Brittany, watch the protein bars... many have a lot of sugar so eating 'real' food is always better ... I do have protein shakes and use Orgain organic protein powder ... very low sugar and high protein .. comes in vanilla or chocolate ... but good for you for wanting to do something good for your health! Just watch processed foods, they are not the best choice
Nothing wrong with protein bars. Its the calories in your food that matters, people need to stop demonising low calorie diet foods just because they're processed. I eat three protein bars a day and am down 140lb naturally drug free.
Day 8 . Second shot this morning. Up 5 pounds. No changes in appetite or food noise. No side effectsblllllllllaaaaapppppp
Sometimes people don’t feel much until they get to 5mg… 2.5 is often times a builder dose. Don’t lose hope!!
@@Brittanylosing what brand of collagen protein shake are you doing?
Could you explain why you are taken that pill along with Mounjaro. Have you been taken the pill the whole time you have been on Mounjaro?
My doctor recommended doing it the first month while adjusting to Mounjaro. I have not been on it since late December/early January.
Congratulations 🎉🎉
Didn't know you could take injectables and phentermine at the same time! I'm shocked! How safe is that?
At the time my doctor recommended it, to be fair I don’t think it’s something he would now recommend (almost 2 yrs later with a lot more known about GLP-1s)
Also I only took both for a month
What coupon did you use?
I love phentermine and lost 10 pounds from it. And now I am on Mounjaro. However, my doctor won’t let me take both at the same time. How are you able to do it?
My doctor recommended it. However I haven’t been on both since early January.
Is there an expiration date on the box? I’m just wondering how long will it keep
I’m on 0.5 and lost 8 pounds the first week! I had nausea on the 3 rd shot!! Awful I did not do ANY exercise and I drive a truck so I would sit and drive 11 hours a day!
Did you start with 0.5? I did. So far, so good, but I am only on day one...
I think the coupon is good until 6/1/2023 IF your insurance does not cover......
Good to know! Thank you! Mine didn’t cover it so I should be good! Fingers crossed
I'm on my first week of Moujaro and i have to force myself to eat
I was told the same thing. So crazy. Currently fighting with my insurance to cover it. I was prescribed by two different Drs. This is ridiculous.
Where can you get this coupon online? Im wondering if Medicaid covers it if you are diabetic.
Congratulations to you ❤
I’m very interested because I’m on both atm. I haven’t took phentermine in a week only because I left it at my house and I’m now back home visiting my parents and is on mournjaro after visiting my GP in my hometown. I wanna see how it works
I’ve heard taking a break from phentermine is helpful as well, so it may end up being good for you!
So is it preferred to use the medication before bed or in the morning?
I paid $1064 for mine. Mine was denied by insurance, and phrmacy stated I could not use the coupon
Me too. I paid $965.00. Got mine at Safeway pharmacy.
I paid 470 Usd to get it from Dubai
It’s much cheaper in Dubai
How much is everyone eating? I'm already at 1200 and I've not even started the course yet. I don't have much muscle due to being in a WC.
They don't all look like that..mine came in a regular insulin syringe with orange cap...no locking.
Btw it costs $495 for first month at vitamin b12 store
Yours is probably compounded.
Hi , what dose did u start with 0.5?
Wow that's awesome Congratulations 👏
Thank you so much!
What is the second med you are taking
Way to go! High five 🙌
Thank you Maria!
I know this is an old pos.t I just started Wegovy on day 2 lol I'm from England for the 2.5 mil pen converted to dollars it is $305.12 a month.
Shook at the price! I went private in the UK and the first course with £40 off, was £109 for the first course. Highest price I saw was £219, but that's without any coaching etc. If I had any major problems I'd have to go to my GP
I am confused. What kind of “coaching” could you possibly need?
@@gentlemanjim480ideally you have a healthy eating and exercise plan as well, as the medication is not a magic cure. When you come off it you will put weight back on unless you change the habits that made you obese in the first place. You should be using the mounjaro to help introduce the healthy eating and lifestyle plan that you will follow for life. Hence the coaching
Congratulations! Way to go!
Thank you Shirley!
Please get you some alcohol pads to sanitize the area before you inject yourself! Just to make sure you don’t get any infections.
Great idea! Thanks!
omg your mounjaro was over $1,000? its only £140 in the UK!
So excited for you!
Thank you!
I took the pill before but it gave me neuropathy in hands and feet so i never took it again
@Brittanylosing thank you... I'm waiting on my approval ♥️🙏
Is everyone using their primary Dr or a weightloss endocrinologist?
What is the fettermean , fetamine that you’re just talking about?
Phentermine
Week one I lost 6 lbs......week 2 I gained 4 lbs back? Im on Mounjaro for type 2....my pharmacy says the higher strengths are hard to get......does anyone know if the price increases with the strength because I'm already close to the Medicare doughnut hole and will have to pay 25% of the cost.....so being on Medicare with type 2 I will be paying $250 to $300 a month.....you can't use a coupon with Medicare......seems backwards doesn't it?
That's cheaper than most get it so no, seems fair.
Mounjaro for type II diabetes is great and it's helping me lose a lot of weight. I'm not familiar with this other medication but a quick search says it's not for me because of other conditions.
What is the other thing you are taking besides the monjaro? Where did you get it?
Phentermine. I got it from my doctor as well
How much phentermine are you taking? I’m on 15 mg and my doctor want me to start on mounjaro next month
Can I order this online for weight loss? Not diabetic
I’m not sure.
