Why is Summers slurring his speech? Also he sounds a bit partisant. He is a Democrat after all
Tarrifs replacing income tax is a stupid idea. It's taxing the poor. If you think it's a good plan, make a counter argument on how that is. Claiming that Summers is partisan so it disqualifies what he's saying tells me you're not smart enough to understand or you know he's right so you attack the messenger.

Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the previous one. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I kept investing, but I wasn't sure if I should start paying for a house. My jobs were eventually sold, and the house needed more maintenance than I had thought.
