I bought these IEMs after seeing all the hype, but my Oppo Enco M32 neckband sounds significantly better. What am I missing? Would using a DAC improve the audio quality of these IEMs?

Try to listen flac songs first
M32 ? The ones with horrendous amount of bass ? The nothing neckband pro is much better in its treble config.

I have the Truthear Hexa but tbh after long hours of usage it is just too fatiguing for me. So I was looking for a comfy IEM that is cheap, comfy and good for audio monitoring and I got myself the truthear gate and it didn't disappoint. I still use the hexa for songs and gaming but I use the gate if I go for audio monitoring and comfy feel or long sessions when I don't really need the best audio quality. Awesome review btw!

chu 2 vs wan'er sg vs truthear gate, which would you recommend for someone getting into IEMs for 1st time?
I haven't used the Chu 2 but the original Chu was perfect for beginners.
The Truthear Gate will also be fine for most beginners. Please do invest in a DAC.
If u go for gaming, wan er will do the thing. But for all rounder, go chu 2. Just my opinion. (Havent tried th gate)

I need a separate cable for the GATE. My stock cables are damaged. I have other 0.78 mm cables, but they do not support the gate because the holes are inside the shell.
I watched 3-5 Reviews about these IEMS but no of them all had so much information within one video, which explains everything so well.
I like all them close shots, lightning, cam shots, explanations.

These seem overall a bit more easy on the ears than the WAN'ER,but that doesn't mean it's an upgrade.

ZEX is excellent buyer may sounds a bit harsh on the treble front.

Bhaiya mai confused hu ki kaunsa iem lena chahiye under 2000, mujhe mainly kishore kumar, Lata mangeshkar and mohamad rafi ke songs sunne hain aur ye technical details mujhe samajh nahi aati jo ye youtubers batate hai because i am new in this hobby aur yes please koi achha iem batana jo build wise bi achha ho aur sound wise bhi, aur mujhe ek dar hai ki ye chinese to kahi ye kuch time baad kharab na ho jaye ya inka pin connector tut na jaye jo ki maine reddit pe suna tha mai ek student hu to mere liye to yehe ek mehengi cheez hai jo ki mai saving karke khareed raha hoon so please koi overall achha iem suggest kariyega 🙏🏼

In 5W go For Realme cobble Speaker, if it not there go for 16 Watt Tribit X Sound Go (Upgraded Version), these 2 are far better Sound than any boat or potronics speakers. Realme is around 1,299 and tribit is around 2599.

ZSN PRO X has a V shaped sound signature.
The bass is more powerful and the treble is quite sparkly. Now depends on what you want.

@@sheshadiri1581 bro, you should really consider salnotes if you want staging but if you just want to enjoy Indian songs i would say Tangzu Wan'er. Gate, you would need to EQ it to get an enjoyable sound. The gate is neutral and balanced so, that is more suited to someone starting off into analysing music rather than only enjoying it. Only problem with Tangzu is, it's not the best with soundstage and imaging.

IEM below 2000 are all crap...I have used this one... Nothing special it sounds like any 700+ normal earphone...Total waste of money
