This app use to be free for exporting project reports and now it is a subscription service. This was not a good move for your customers. You should have linked it to your devices only and allowed people that purchase your device to use this app to make their reports.
Now my device is just a regular laser measurer as I will not spend 12.99 per month on software that I use a few times a month.
