When i play as the Angelic Warden the animations look on slow motion, but the dev teaser for the Warden doesnt have this problem, will the recode fix that or is it just my computer/internet

I'm pretty sure angelic warden's flying animation is supposed to make it feel like a ethereal angel that doesn't need to flap in order to fly
people just thought it was a stiff animation
