Den Bosch is the capital of the province of North Brabant in the Netherlands.
It is one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands and the historic city center is one of the most complete in the country.
The official name is: 's-Hertogenbosch.
It is a medieval fortified city with the river 'De Binnendieze' that flows under the city and a cruise on this river is one of the major attractions of this city.
In addition to the 'Bossche Bol' pastry, the 'Sint Jan' cathedral is famous in the Netherlands.
Also visit the medieval 'Markt' with the oldest stone house in the Netherlands, called 'De Moriaan'.
And of course 2 important museums should not be forgotten: 'Jheronimus Bosch Art Center' and the 'North Brabants Museum'.
