So what i assume happened here, chica mistaked the rotten food as clean food and then eats it, but then the rotten food ends up crackinf her face a bit so her beak fell off, she tried to put in an replacement beak but it didnt work, so almost her entire body crumbled.
What happened was in security breach Gregory crushes Chica using teh trash compactor, then when she tried to eat teh pizza, since she just got crushed, her beak and voice box fell off
Chica had Bulmia eating disorder. Which is when someone continuously stuffs themselves with food then forces their body to get rid of it (in chicas case vomiting it up because she knew that she is a robot and she can't digest food). The virus that hacks chica brings out the negative side of the animatronic, in Roxy's case she was over competitive and confident, Monty was aggressive, and chica wanted even more food. So losing her beak and voice box means she can't talk and she can't satisfy her hunger.
At first I thought nothing of her death. I regret not feeling more remorse. She had been crushed by a trash compactor, I didn't notice the "screams" until I had rewatched her death. I always thought animatronics were "lifeless things" But this has made me re-think the things I had called "lifeless"
