Another thing to note on the Browiec's Extreme difficulty is that it is finally doable for top players to get the "Unfathomable" (10 star fc medal) achievement. As of right now, Tomasz Chic, Pipipupu997, Def, FlyingTuna, Atlas, and Bored Yes all got the Unfathomable achievement from the map alone. Crazy...
Imagine grinding your ass off for like 2 months to get a cool badge to show off your skill only to be told "Nahhhh you lost too much, no badge for you, bucko!"
if it's outside of any osu chat, website or forum, they really shouldn't stick their noses into it. Osu staff isn't internet moral police to ban someone over things on private servers and dm's with users unrelated to osu

As a Russian talking person i'm willing to provide some context. Basically all the stuff Gamer was accused as "Hatespeech" was on DMs or really private chats. ALSO it was either slurs and bad words in the air (aimed at noone) or jokes, or really poorly managed DM where ppl were understanding of his lang and meaning wasn't hating on someone. Of course bad words are bad no matter how you say it, but Osu staff already approved that Gamer had no bad intentions and forgave him. Situation with Russian cap is ONE YEAR OLD and resolved at a time, which is clear sign of fact that somebody just used all he had for massreport. The threatening situation is also unrelated to game at all, is really personal and IMO probably reported in way to portray Gamer as bad as possible. The last one is the only unresolved for now and will be resolved privately for obvious reasons. I hope gamer will be unbanned. Not because i actually care if ban is justified, but because it's clearly made in bad faith. Person who reported Russian players tries to get Gamer banned for 2 OWCs at one (Because if he get's banned NOW he will skip this and NEXT owc) and make team less focused on game and crush morale of players just before games start.
As someone who spends hours on a video, I'm not really a big fan of shorts creators. Why do I have a feeling that all he does is make meme maps and play to them 10-30 seconds. Idk if I'm just jealous but sometimes it's not fair how big shorts creators get with like 10 minutes effort

as a slavic person i can confirm that racism and homophobia are genereally normalised but it still takes just as much as possessing common sense to realize using slurs aint forgivable, justified ban imo
bruh its in the fucking private server, if its was during tournaments or even just in osu chat it would be reasonable, but banning peaple for actions in private that actually doesnt really offend anyone who might see it in this server is jus absurd, especially with the fact that if you'll write something like that directly in osu just you'll just get like one hour silence
