These are great tips. I'm a beginner, but I have been sewing with my mom my entire life. I'm married now, and my husband needs his work pants hemmed every time he gets a new pair. I'll have to implement these tips with the next pair!
When I was a new sewist (about 14 years old) my mom said, My favorite tool is the iron! And I replied, Mine is the seam ripper! Apparently those two sentences say it all hahahaha! I use the iron now (of course!) but I still love my seam ripper. :)
