    I knew about "Jem" because it was part of a syndicated package deal that ran on one of the Los Angeles TV stations you could pick up in San Diego (possibly KTLA) in the analog TV period. These were syndicated cartoons that ran on Sundays; there was a "Bigfoot" show (it was about the '80s monster truck, not Sasquatch), "Jem" in the middle, and some knockoff of "Thundarr the Barbarian" at the end. It filled 90 minutes.
