Can never go wrong with Slide. Absolutely surreal tone that comes with it on its own, and only made more supernatural with vibrato and fingerstyle. Fantastic way to play guitar for sure.

You really do get a tone from a slide that isn't possible to get any other way, and I absolutely love hearing them being used.

I can't tell you how happy this video makes me. To watch Marty struggle a little bit like we all do at first it's just great. Because he is so proficient and taught all of us through the years it's nice seeing him actually put the work in, kinda like behind the scenes. Plus nobody really comes out with very good slide lessons I think you should get better so we can all get better I would love to see some Elmore James lessons, ZZ top, George Thorogood, etc. Also no one showed you scales and things like that and most open tunings. I've been forced to play slide, because I hurt my hand a couple years ago this is the only thing that I can play now but I refuse to give up the instrument. So we need more slide lessons Marty.
