Warframe is more community driven and I m not talking about just trading between players I m talking about if you gonna farm a prime warframe ( is like an ultimante on TFD) you can call your friends go to a place farm the relics(amorphous in TFD) everybody will drop that while in TFD is not the case one of your friends will get 10 other will get like 3 but in warframe everyone will get those 10 because its equal loot when they reward or drop it and then when you open those relics(amorphous in TFD) you will see what everybody got from each relic and you can choose one of those rewards so this my friend is what it makes people play as a community in warframe while in TFD your friend gets all the parts either he will help you and its bad because he could start farming other things or he just let you farm alone
It’s funny because I had a master rank 23 war frame account lost it and started over but succumbed to having to re-grind everything. Put the game down for 5 years or longer. Downloaded first descendant and played it for a few days and thought if ima grind this I minus well go back to war frame because it felt better
I quit Warframe a couple years ago because I lost interest. But I arrived to the same conclusion after finishing the story of TFD. I was always telling myself "Warframe did it better" while playing that it honestly got overwhelming
I think ppl dont tale into account the amount of years warframe has been listening to the community and perfecting the game, if TFD devs do it correctly it has a lot of potential

One thing that has started to drive me crazy about TFD in the end-late game is the shear volume of loot the game throws at you that fills your inventory in just a few activities and because of limited inventory space you then have to spend time (often more than it took you to earn that gear) mulling through those items, deciding what actually is an upgrade and what is not, then deleting the junk, just to fill back up in a few more minutes of playing. And when you start trying to min/max, it begins to drive you insane. The worst by far is reactors. They are much more difficult to tell what is or is not an upgrade due to those two tiny bottom stat numbers, and you get 3-5 nearly every activity in the game. I feel like I spend more time doing chores in the game (cleaning up inventory than I do actually playing the game). How Warframe handles gear, loot, and inventory space is something I never fully appreciated until playing TFD for a while and realising how much better Warframe handles this.
As for the monetization of warframe, the premium currency isn't really even premium because it can be traded between players. I myself am completely ftp on warframe and there is nothing (apart from community-made cosmetics, but that money goes to the community anyway) that can't be bought with platinum, which you can earn by selling in game items to other players. Also, the in-game market in warframe has ridiculously high prices compared to player markets, so your platinum can go a lot farther trading between players. I dont know if TFD has a player-market or not, but if it doesn't thats a W for warframe.
also TFD's story is incredibly boring imo. Reminded me of the shadowkeep campaign from d2, and that's not a good thing. IN warframe, I think the plot is presented much better. I wont spoil anything, bc the main story quests are absolutely amazing, but if you do keep playing through the early game drag of warframe, I promise it is a much better game on the other end.
That's what I liked about WF, the player driven market, and the ability to sell prime items and mods for platinum. I was pretty much a 'dolphin' in WF, I spend money when it came to getting a discount coupon (preferably 75% off) on my daily logins, prime accessories, or some Tennogen swagger
Warframe is the superior game in almost every aspect but I'm enjoying playing them both a lot & I'm glad the TFD team has been so active in listening to the players to improve the game so far.
To be fair to TFD, i think they give you more chachter slots and wepeaon slots then warframe. In wareframe you can only carry like 5 wepaons before needing to spend plat. As well as like 5 warframe slots. TFD has 10 slots for champs, and doesnt have a limit for guns

good video, you are right, havent played warframe in months but I have 4 k hours in it, and from what I recall you can craft as many items as you want, as many formas, etc. That is the main issue I have with TFD, 5 items max and you cannot craft several of the same type. Which hinders progress, specially considering how long it takes Another thing I hate about TFD is that there is a mod storage limit, and storage limit for everything for that matter which also is going to hamper trading IMO, for which I am still quite skeptical, if anything this game has made me want to play warframe again!
Warfram you don’t have to buy premium currency let alone them 100 packs you can trade Warframe and mods for platinum and buy warframs off a player protea shown in this vid is around 80p tfd 50 dollars or grind it
If you are a new Warframe player you have nothing to trade and you have a limit on how much you can trade per day. Nobody is trading you prime parts for blue mods. People need to stop comparing Warframe that revamped it's gameplay 2/3 times over 10 years to TFD that came out 3 weeks ago. TFD has alot better footing than Warframe did in the beginning. This is coming from a "Grandmaster founder" btw, take off the rose tented glasses. It's like comparing a car someone bought and modded out. To one bought off the lot with stock parts.

It still had to revamp its movement and combat 3/4 times over 10 years because of complaints and it becoming dated. DE also listened to the community more when they required money to stay running, compared to now since they are mostly owned by Tencent.

Honestly, it’s astonishing to see the number of people holding TFD to such a high standard while comparing it to Warframe (over a decades worth of content) and Destiny 2, considering how early TFD is into its life cycle. In my opinion the bar isn’t very high to begin with, Warframe and Destiny 2 aren’t exactly a picture perfect representation of the looter shooter genre either. Warframe is all farm no endgame, everything you grind serves no purpose in overcoming difficulty because the game lacks challenging content. Destiny 2 experience as a whole is gated behind insane paywalls established by devs who don’t care about their community. TFD looking to pretty solid right now, all things considered.
great vid bro, i have tryed warframe i love these type of games and the grind for power and new characters but i prefered destiny just because the character designs and stoped because the amount of dlcs it has and as a f2p it doenst have much content. im not a big fan of their charater designs and some maps in warframe but i love what they do and being a f2p game being alive for all these years i hope the first descendant goes the same direction, i really like this genre.

FD has copied MANY systems from Warframe, even the Descendants themselves and how they function. Unfortunately they implemented those system in WAAAAY WORSE way. FD is just - boring. They copied warframes, mods, weapons, building etc. What they didn't copy is an actual story, good voice acting and plot. Jesus Christ FD was boring - after the 1st hour i started skipping dialog cause it was just painful.....

on the whole, I agree, the gameplay is very different between the two games, the sensations aren't the same, and what's more, it's more pleasant to play with an ultimate Bunny from the back 😁, than a hideous character.
They weapon are D2 copies not Warframes. The only thing it took from Warframe is modding and " prime versions" of characters. The rest is D2 and a couple other games.

Warframe combat feels so good. I just wish there was some sort of endgame outside of mindless grinding. The game is fun but falls short for me. TFD is fun but combat gets stale. If only Destiny 2 wasn't a cash grab
I also like that Warframe's combat is a little more dynamic, TFD doesn't have melee weapons. In Warframe you can use firearms and melee together, or either of them alone, and melee weapons also had weapon style mods, that give access to new combos. I used to run a melee only Eternal War Valkyr with a sword/whip and no guns, or Venka Prime!
the reason I like the first descendent a lot is specifically for it's more down to earth gameplay, you can't press 2 buttons and fly a hundred meters off the ground into the end of the mission haha, you have to actually walk around, shoot things to both survive and complete objectives, and the missions are much more than just "kill that guy and leave", which I really appreciate, but these points aside, I just like how it has so much more weight than warframe I've grown tired of warframe's lack of diversity, it's always a new open world thingy with the same old boring system, there's no innovation, and after 9 years you just get bored. So the first descendent really just feels like a new warframe, a better warframe, with better hitsounds, killsounds, better visuals (At least I prefer than over warframe's), the weapons in general also sound infinitely better than warframe's, and this is not even an opinion, it's just a fact lol. and ya know, in the looter shooter genre, the heart of the game are the guns, they gotta feel real good. It's also a game that's not afraid to make pretty man and women... I mean really, digital extremes intentionally made all the characters look awful come on XD, and I mean the ones that have faces of course, not warframes, cuz for the most part they are pretty sick looking Edit: You can actually have 5 things foring a time in first descendent, and they actually tell you where you can farm each item from just clicking on the item, while in warframe the only way to know is by looking it up on the wiki or in a video. 11 years and they didn't care to add that because it frustrates people into buying stuff. Also, the things in warframe in my opinion, are actually more expansive, when it comes to bundles and such at least. farming for specific materials as well, is WAY harder and more time consuming than in First Descendent, they even have the audacity to put DAILY walls behind reputation, which is ANOTHER wall from letting you have the CHACE to get an item, that has a VERY low drop rate... really, and they repeated this for years!! 9 whole years making this boring, annoying, frustrating system, while the first descendent has ZERO walls, you can go get anything anytime you want, and the drop rates are usually either the same or better than warframe's P.S: Ok. there actually is ONE wall, which is defeating colossus, but that feels like having to defeat a boss in a soul like game to progress into the next map, it's just fun, and a challenge, you know, something that games should have, and instead of waiting, you have to actually- guess what! play the game! you gotta play in order to get stronger, and that's just what it is If you have only played as much as you did, from the fact you only have 5 frames, that's great, have fun, but for me I'm just very tired of it's old-feel gameplay, it's a bit clunky, the movement has many problems, like when you are on a edge and your frame does that grab animation, but you jump instead, and instead of jumping the warfame just lets go????, it's really frustrating, that and environment still stopping your motion constantly, the superhero landing thing as well that should have been reworked long time ago is still infuriating... in first descendent, even tho they have that and it is a bit annoying, it feels more fitting, since the characters are not warmachines, just close enough XD Overall for new players who are getting into the looter shooter genre, I fully recommend The FIrst Descendent, since the only thing that can frustrate you there is when you get unlucky to get something you want, which is the soul gameplay of a free looter shooter XD, and as anything you want, you can just search and find all the drop location ingame, by searching for 5 seconds :) P.S: As well as simply having more fun content, as in warframe it feels like the game is 90% frustrating systems, but I'll be honest... these 10% of good content is just great (these, being the journeys, and well XD, opening relics, these are always a blast to do, but first descendent has that too so, well XD)
I pretty much stopped reading after you said "warframe has no innovation". That pretty much confirmed my suspicion that you haven't actually played warframe any time recently, and you have no real experience to make that claim. It's wildly inaccurate.
You should have booted up Warframe for 5 minutes before posting this because the game's current state has made 95% of you comment false. Note. I am not attacking you. Because you obviously had no way of knowing this going off your old knowledge. Warframe tells players where to get everything. Blueprints, Crafting materials, Warframe Parts, you name it. And the Open World Maps are very different. They have periodically updated each Open World to make them even more unique while retaining some sameness in order to prevent complexity for complexity's sake. Plains of Eidolon is the simplest, explore, kill stuff, mine, fish. Orb Vallis is like plains but with the ability to capture bases, and Hoverboard around. Deimos is intermediate in difficulty with a deceptive overworked and a sprawling randomized labyrinthine underworld filled with enemies of varying challenge The Duviri Experience is straight up an entirely different game. (Game within a game basically.) Additionally, the devs have made strides in making missions fast, furious, and fun. Tweeking annoying mechanics if/not outright removing them. As for weapons, the devs have put a lot of work into them. Weapons in Warframe feel really good and sound really good. Especially the satisfying crack you get when you headshot an enemy. Like to put into context. I have been playing The First Descendant and it feels like Warframe Year 3 with a dash of year 4 to me. (Back when I couldn't stand Warframe) It needs more time to cook IMPO. Cause it's Warframe minus all the QoL but with Destiny's slow pace. However, if you like the slower pace and longer more complex grinds...I mean that's fair enough. The only thing I really like in The First Descendant over Warframe is that The First Descendant 'feels' somewhat harder. IE: The power fantasy is significantly toned down. Which is a welcome change of pace. But beyond that. I don't know how long I'll stick with it. Cause it just makes me want to play Warframe. And I suppose part of me is like: This grind is almost the same. Why not play the game that rewards my grind and respects my time? (I say this after spending 6 hours helping a friend try to grind 1 part for a descendant. He's fried ATM.)

@@unrhu That bullet point is every looter shooter/arguably every live service game on the Market in a nutshell. They all follow a cycle/gameplay loop of repetition. This includes the First Descendant which is Destiny's patrol map system filled with Warframe's basic missions. So...if Warframe was too repetitive then TFD is just as if not more repetitive as it uses alot of Warframe's most basic missions (which have been around for over 10yrs now). There is no variety once you've run a mission/fought a boss more than 10 times.

I dont recommend anyone play the First Descendant. It's a generic empty world. The beta had a more full albeit mostly forgettable campaign. It had the same exact boring missions and lack of depth. Nexon was gone for over a year and what launched was a handful of extra descendants and very steep pricing, for very little to no expansion from the beta. There is no currency exhange for repeat items. You have no recourse for "bad luck". You're also offered at every turn to buy something other games have by default: adequate storage space, unlimited character ownership, and probably the most petty: changing the color of basic cosmetics. Yes you have to pay to change the color of your default items. And you use a color a single time. Then you must purchase it. Any type of required power growth is a massively increased wait time and as mentioned your max crafting spaces are limited. This is by design. Minimal available space after your overly grindy effort, to only then be forced to wait 30 hours for a single upgrade item OR you can give them money. The game is 100% free to play but only to a point. Once you're over 10 descendants you must buy a slot per descendant. 100 items in post box. And very limited stoage. And you're showered with bizaree rng loot you're likely to pay to store for fear of deleting a good item. Lastly and most annoying in end game is the rng of reactors. As an example: Fire reactors will roll with chill skill and electric skill boosts but natively have fire skill main stat logic. You cant craft or reroll them. They also tied ultimate tiers to a single weapon you must literally have in your hand to benefit from. While you carry 3 weapons. They've intentionally put as much frustration at every point as possible to drive a person to break down and swipe a credit card. I wanted to love this game and it's worse than what we were warned about re: Nexon being dishonest and focused on cash grabs. The oversexualized portrayal of women vs men, the transaction driven p2w expensive game structure, and the lack of real story and value - it's not a game to recommended or play in to suporting financially in hopes of it being like warframe or destiny 2 (which also is a very questionable title to support). Dont give this game years to take people's money. And don't use other games dragging ass for a decade as justification for a bad launch or to wait around and give them money and time.
The upgrade system, the modding the way the mods are upgraded. The upgrading character capacity and weapon capacity with a separate item. The catalyst to cut mod capacity in half. It's literally the same. I went in to this game and already knew how to play more than my friend who was playing for the first time but was way ahead of me.
It's better than Waframe and that's why it has more players. Considering that it's a new game and that it's learning along the way, it's going to leave Warframe behind.

This game is like a couple of looters the devs already mentioned. Warframe can't be copied! Unless it a single player with a similar or even more advanced combat style. Warframe especially for console, there's no multiplayer that compares. I've played for 9yrs. What attracted me was it wasn't just another SHOOT GAME. The melee is amazing your acrobatics and pair that with a number of Frames with various ability you can spam if you build right.......OMG! The 1st year I play Warframe, and they had these lil online dev streams every couple of weeks or so, and they stated, "they want the players to feel like gods".TFD is ok but I don't feel like a god. Players make builds where there's only 1 primary focus for attack. BORING! Warframe, builds not only for a gun is good but for the frames, melee, and other new stuff they've add since. You wanna compare, play Warframe. Unfortunately alot of you that want to criticize a multiplayer game main in single player titles, plz don't talk if that's you. Grab a friend or 2 try multiplayers like that. Or if your a loner and expect a multiplayer game to fully satisfy you and your wants, don't attempt to play. The majority of you all need to stop being so anti-social. It RUINS actual decent multiplayer games. Gotta grow uo😂
I actually play solo and I played the first descendant before warframe. After farming Enzo’s code for over 2 weeks, a 50% chance to get amorphous after suffering through 10 rnds defending resources and if I do get lucky I have a 38% chance for the code. Well still didn’t get it so I went and tried warframe and after 2 days playing I deleted the first descendant 😂😂😂
Warframe is an out dated game that should have relaunched like D2 did not stick with the old model that will die soon. Warframe feels disjointed because they still have the system base from 12 years ago, then just added open world into it to try and update it, however, it feels like you're playing two didn't games, one version is old 12 year model lackluster and boring, the other is new open world lack luster and boring. Warframe is too busy worring about the next frame to create then updating it's disjointed boring repetitive system. I mean it's been 12 years no one keeps a phone over 4 years tops now a days.
First Descendant is far more like Destiny 2 than Warframe and it's nothing like The Division, with its slow paced cover style fighting system. What it takes from Warframe is it's modiing system, and Alternate versions of characters. Everything else is pretty much Destiny 2, actually it's different characters and abilities was styled after Epic Legends.But game play and game design, is all Destiny 2
False, the entire combat system is D2 but in 3rd person. How you Upgrade weapons is also from D2. The format of Albion as the main hub is copied from D2. What are you talking about

There is no VS. There is actualy nothing to VS. Warframe has terrible camera. Ugly small maps that were not desighned for fast movements. True japanese story with no connections purpouse or any sense. It has content that nobody wants to farm: RJ. Duvari? Druviri? A lot of content nobody wants to play. It has 2 bosses Gaydolons and spider. . . Warframe is much older. ... And it wins! it has 1001 flaws and it wins! TFD has Beautiful camera distance. Beautifull maps, epic dungeons that are better. there is no comparison. Nice main map. Good bosses. Both dungeon and colosus. And it loses! With every advantage, TFD loses because of drop rates. No loot sharing (relics) Random stat rolls on external components / reactors. Limited storage space. Oh And guilds are not here. in 5 years it might become a competator. but not now. I played TFG from release, and went back to warframe after a long long pause.
The drop rates are tame compared to Warframe. *cough* Nitain extract, conditional overload *cough*, but I agree loot sharing would make it a lot easier.

I myself am completely ftp on warframe and there is nothing (apart from community-made cosmetics, but that money goes to the community anyway) that can't be bought with platinum, which you can earn by selling in game items to other players. Also, the in-game market in warframe has ridiculously high prices compared to player markets, so your platinum can go a lot farther trading between players. I dont know if TFD has a player-market or not, but if it doesn't thats a W for warframe.
also TFD's story is incredibly boring imo. Reminded me of the shadowkeep campaign from d2, and that's not a good thing. IN warframe, I think the plot is presented much better. I wont spoil anything, bc the main story quests are absolutely amazing, but if you do keep playing through the early game drag of warframe, I promise it is a much better game on the other end.
That's what I liked about WF, the player driven market, and the ability to sell prime items and mods for platinum.
I was pretty much a 'dolphin' in WF, I spend money when it came to getting a discount coupon (preferably 75% off) on my daily logins, prime accessories, or some Tennogen swagger
Warframe is the superior game in almost every aspect but I'm enjoying playing them both a lot & I'm glad the TFD team has been so active in listening to the players to improve the game so far.

To be fair to TFD, i think they give you more chachter slots and wepeaon slots then warframe. In wareframe you can only carry like 5 wepaons before needing to spend plat. As well as like 5 warframe slots. TFD has 10 slots for champs, and doesnt have a limit for guns
In WF there is a free "season pass" that gives u weapon slots and warframe slots in TFD you can only buy them

good video, you are right, havent played warframe in months but I have 4 k hours in it, and from what I recall you can craft as many items as you want, as many formas, etc. That is the main issue I have with TFD, 5 items max and you cannot craft several of the same type. Which hinders progress, specially considering how long it takes
Another thing I hate about TFD is that there is a mod storage limit, and storage limit for everything for that matter which also is going to hamper trading IMO, for which I am still quite skeptical, if anything this game has made me want to play warframe again!
First descendant is better for beginners in my opinion.

If you are a new Warframe player you have nothing to trade and you have a limit on how much you can trade per day. Nobody is trading you prime parts for blue mods. People need to stop comparing Warframe that revamped it's gameplay 2/3 times over 10 years to TFD that came out 3 weeks ago. TFD has alot better footing than Warframe did in the beginning. This is coming from a "Grandmaster founder" btw, take off the rose tented glasses. It's like comparing a car someone bought and modded out. To one bought off the lot with stock parts.

@@francescobazzolo258 Don't move the goal post. Even if it was "The first of its kind" which it wasn't. Looters shooters were around before warframe. It was just the first big F2P one. It still had to revamp its movement and combat 3/4 times over 10 years because of complaints and it becoming dated. DE also listened to the community more when they required money to stay running, compared to now since they are mostly owned by Tencent.

Honestly, it’s astonishing to see the number of people holding TFD to such a high standard while comparing it to Warframe (over a decades worth of content) and Destiny 2, considering how early TFD is into its life cycle. In my opinion the bar isn’t very high to begin with, Warframe and Destiny 2 aren’t exactly a picture perfect representation of the looter shooter genre either. Warframe is all farm no endgame, everything you grind serves no purpose in overcoming difficulty because the game lacks challenging content. Destiny 2 experience as a whole is gated behind insane paywalls established by devs who don’t care about their community. TFD looking to pretty solid right now, all things considered.
great vid bro, i have tryed warframe i love these type of games and the grind for power and new characters but i prefered destiny just because the character designs and stoped because the amount of dlcs it has and as a f2p it doenst have much content. im not a big fan of their charater designs and some maps in warframe but i love what they do and being a f2p game being alive for all these years i hope the first descendant goes the same direction, i really like this genre.

FD has copied MANY systems from Warframe, even the Descendants themselves and how they function. Unfortunately they implemented those system in WAAAAY WORSE way.
FD is just - boring.
They copied warframes, mods, weapons, building etc. What they didn't copy is an actual story, good voice acting and plot.
Jesus Christ FD was boring - after the 1st hour i started skipping dialog cause it was just painful.....

on the whole, I agree, the gameplay is very different between the two games, the sensations aren't the same, and what's more, it's more pleasant to play with an ultimate Bunny from the back 😁, than a hideous character.
They weapon are D2 copies not Warframes. The only thing it took from Warframe is modding and " prime versions" of characters. The rest is D2 and a couple other games.

Warframe combat feels so good. I just wish there was some sort of endgame outside of mindless grinding. The game is fun but falls short for me. TFD is fun but combat gets stale. If only Destiny 2 wasn't a cash grab
I also like that Warframe's combat is a little more dynamic, TFD doesn't have melee weapons.
In Warframe you can use firearms and melee together, or either of them alone, and melee weapons also had weapon style mods, that give access to new combos. I used to run a melee only Eternal War Valkyr with a sword/whip and no guns, or Venka Prime!
Because plat is tradable the 2 markets will never compare. It’s forever inferior.

the reason I like the first descendent a lot is specifically for it's more down to earth gameplay, you can't press 2 buttons and fly a hundred meters off the ground into the end of the mission haha, you have to actually walk around, shoot things to both survive and complete objectives, and the missions are much more than just "kill that guy and leave", which I really appreciate, but these points aside, I just like how it has so much more weight than warframe
I've grown tired of warframe's lack of diversity, it's always a new open world thingy with the same old boring system, there's no innovation, and after 9 years you just get bored.
So the first descendent really just feels like a new warframe, a better warframe, with better hitsounds, killsounds, better visuals (At least I prefer than over warframe's), the weapons in general also sound infinitely better than warframe's, and this is not even an opinion, it's just a fact lol. and ya know, in the looter shooter genre, the heart of the game are the guns, they gotta feel real good.
It's also a game that's not afraid to make pretty man and women... I mean really, digital extremes intentionally made all the characters look awful come on XD, and I mean the ones that have faces of course, not warframes, cuz for the most part they are pretty sick looking
Edit: You can actually have 5 things foring a time in first descendent, and they actually tell you where you can farm each item from just clicking on the item, while in warframe the only way to know is by looking it up on the wiki or in a video. 11 years and they didn't care to add that because it frustrates people into buying stuff. Also, the things in warframe in my opinion, are actually more expansive, when it comes to bundles and such at least. farming for specific materials as well, is WAY harder and more time consuming than in First Descendent, they even have the audacity to put DAILY walls behind reputation, which is ANOTHER wall from letting you have the CHACE to get an item, that has a VERY low drop rate... really, and they repeated this for years!! 9 whole years making this boring, annoying, frustrating system, while the first descendent has ZERO walls, you can go get anything anytime you want, and the drop rates are usually either the same or better than warframe's
P.S: Ok. there actually is ONE wall, which is defeating colossus, but that feels like having to defeat a boss in a soul like game to progress into the next map, it's just fun, and a challenge, you know, something that games should have, and instead of waiting, you have to actually- guess what! play the game! you gotta play in order to get stronger, and that's just what it is
If you have only played as much as you did, from the fact you only have 5 frames, that's great, have fun, but for me I'm just very tired of it's old-feel gameplay, it's a bit clunky, the movement has many problems, like when you are on a edge and your frame does that grab animation, but you jump instead, and instead of jumping the warfame just lets go????, it's really frustrating, that and environment still stopping your motion constantly, the superhero landing thing as well that should have been reworked long time ago is still infuriating... in first descendent, even tho they have that and it is a bit annoying, it feels more fitting, since the characters are not warmachines, just close enough XD
Overall for new players who are getting into the looter shooter genre, I fully recommend The FIrst Descendent, since the only thing that can frustrate you there is when you get unlucky to get something you want, which is the soul gameplay of a free looter shooter XD, and as anything you want, you can just search and find all the drop location ingame, by searching for 5 seconds :)
P.S: As well as simply having more fun content, as in warframe it feels like the game is 90% frustrating systems, but I'll be honest... these 10% of good content is just great (these, being the journeys, and well XD, opening relics, these are always a blast to do, but first descendent has that too so, well XD)

That pretty much confirmed my suspicion that you haven't actually played warframe any time recently, and you have no real experience to make that claim. It's wildly inaccurate.
You should have booted up Warframe for 5 minutes before posting this because the game's current state has made 95% of you comment false.

Warframe tells players where to get everything.
Blueprints, Crafting materials, Warframe Parts, you name it.
And the Open World Maps are very different.
They have periodically updated each Open World to make them even more unique while retaining some sameness in order to prevent complexity for complexity's sake.
Plains of Eidolon is the simplest, explore, kill stuff, mine, fish.
Orb Vallis is like plains but with the ability to capture bases, and Hoverboard around.
Deimos is intermediate in difficulty with a deceptive overworked and a sprawling randomized labyrinthine underworld filled with enemies of varying challenge
The Duviri Experience is straight up an entirely different game. (Game within a game basically.)
Additionally, the devs have made strides in making missions fast, furious, and fun. Tweeking annoying mechanics if/not outright removing them.
As for weapons, the devs have put a lot of work into them. Weapons in Warframe feel really good and sound really good. Especially the satisfying crack you get when you headshot an enemy.

I have been playing The First Descendant and it feels like Warframe Year 3 with a dash of year 4 to me. (Back when I couldn't stand Warframe)
It needs more time to cook IMPO. Cause it's Warframe minus all the QoL but with Destiny's slow pace.
However, if you like the slower pace and longer more complex grinds...I mean that's fair enough.
The only thing I really like in The First Descendant over Warframe is that The First Descendant 'feels' somewhat harder.
IE: The power fantasy is significantly toned down.
Which is a welcome change of pace.
But beyond that. I don't know how long I'll stick with it. Cause it just makes me want to play Warframe.
And I suppose part of me is like: This grind is almost the same. Why not play the game that rewards my grind and respects my time?
(I say this after spending 6 hours helping a friend try to grind 1 part for a descendant. He's fried ATM.)

That bullet point is every looter shooter/arguably every live service game on the Market in a nutshell.
They all follow a cycle/gameplay loop of repetition.
This includes the First Descendant which is Destiny's patrol map system filled with Warframe's basic missions.
So...if Warframe was too repetitive then TFD is just as if not more repetitive as it uses alot of Warframe's most basic missions (which have been around for over 10yrs now).
There is no variety once you've run a mission/fought a boss more than 10 times.

I dont recommend anyone play the First Descendant. It's a generic empty world. The beta had a more full albeit mostly forgettable campaign. It had the same exact boring missions and lack of depth. Nexon was gone for over a year and what launched was a handful of extra descendants and very steep pricing, for very little to no expansion from the beta. There is no currency exhange for repeat items. You have no recourse for "bad luck". You're also offered at every turn to buy something other games have by default: adequate storage space, unlimited character ownership, and probably the most petty: changing the color of basic cosmetics. Yes you have to pay to change the color of your default items. And you use a color a single time. Then you must purchase it. Any type of required power growth is a massively increased wait time and as mentioned your max crafting spaces are limited. This is by design. Minimal available space after your overly grindy effort, to only then be forced to wait 30 hours for a single upgrade item OR you can give them money. The game is 100% free to play but only to a point. Once you're over 10 descendants you must buy a slot per descendant. 100 items in post box. And very limited stoage. And you're showered with bizaree rng loot you're likely to pay to store for fear of deleting a good item. Lastly and most annoying in end game is the rng of reactors. As an example: Fire reactors will roll with chill skill and electric skill boosts but natively have fire skill main stat logic. You cant craft or reroll them. They also tied ultimate tiers to a single weapon you must literally have in your hand to benefit from. While you carry 3 weapons. They've intentionally put as much frustration at every point as possible to drive a person to break down and swipe a credit card. I wanted to love this game and it's worse than what we were warned about re: Nexon being dishonest and focused on cash grabs. The oversexualized portrayal of women vs men, the transaction driven p2w expensive game structure, and the lack of real story and value - it's not a game to recommended or play in to suporting financially in hopes of it being like warframe or destiny 2 (which also is a very questionable title to support). Dont give this game years to take people's money. And don't use other games dragging ass for a decade as justification for a bad launch or to wait around and give them money and time.

The upgrade system, the modding the way the mods are upgraded. The upgrading character capacity and weapon capacity with a separate item. The catalyst to cut mod capacity in half. It's literally the same. I went in to this game and already knew how to play more than my friend who was playing for the first time but was way ahead of me.

This game is like a couple of looters the devs already mentioned. Warframe can't be copied! Unless it a single player with a similar or even more advanced combat style. Warframe especially for console, there's no multiplayer that compares. I've played for 9yrs. What attracted me was it wasn't just another SHOOT GAME. The melee is amazing your acrobatics and pair that with a number of Frames with various ability you can spam if you build right.......OMG! The 1st year I play Warframe, and they had these lil online dev streams every couple of weeks or so, and they stated, "they want the players to feel like gods".TFD is ok but I don't feel like a god. Players make builds where there's only 1 primary focus for attack. BORING! Warframe, builds not only for a gun is good but for the frames, melee, and other new stuff they've add since. You wanna compare, play Warframe. Unfortunately alot of you that want to criticize a multiplayer game main in single player titles, plz don't talk if that's you. Grab a friend or 2 try multiplayers like that. Or if your a loner and expect a multiplayer game to fully satisfy you and your wants, don't attempt to play. The majority of you all need to stop being so anti-social. It RUINS actual decent multiplayer games. Gotta grow uo😂

I actually play solo and I played the first descendant before warframe. After farming Enzo’s code for over 2 weeks, a 50% chance to get amorphous after suffering through 10 rnds defending resources and if I do get lucky I have a 38% chance for the code. Well still didn’t get it so I went and tried warframe and after 2 days playing I deleted the first descendant 😂😂😂

Warframe is an out dated game that should have relaunched like D2 did not stick with the old model that will die soon.
Warframe feels disjointed because they still have the system base from 12 years ago, then just added open world into it to try and update it, however, it feels like you're playing two didn't games, one version is old 12 year model lackluster and boring, the other is new open world lack luster and boring.
Warframe is too busy worring about the next frame to create then updating it's disjointed boring repetitive system. I mean it's been 12 years no one keeps a phone over 4 years tops now a days.

First Descendant is far more like Destiny 2 than Warframe and it's nothing like The Division, with its slow paced cover style fighting system.
What it takes from Warframe is it's modiing system, and Alternate versions of characters. Everything else is pretty much Destiny 2, actually it's different characters and abilities was styled after Epic Legends.But game play and game design, is all Destiny 2

Warframe has terrible camera. Ugly small maps that were not desighned for fast movements. True japanese story with no connections purpouse or any sense. It has content that nobody wants to farm: RJ. Duvari? Druviri? A lot of content nobody wants to play. It has 2 bosses Gaydolons and spider. . . Warframe is much older. ... And it wins! it has 1001 flaws and it wins!
TFD has Beautiful camera distance. Beautifull maps, epic dungeons that are better. there is no comparison. Nice main map. Good bosses. Both dungeon and colosus. And it loses! With every advantage, TFD loses because of drop rates. No loot sharing (relics) Random stat rolls on external components / reactors. Limited storage space. Oh And guilds are not here. in 5 years it might become a competator. but not now. I played TFG from release, and went back to warframe after a long long pause.
The drop rates are tame compared to Warframe. *cough* Nitain extract, conditional overload *cough*, but I agree loot sharing would make it a lot easier.
