Cool. I can't think of any other roastery in the Philippines have a direct relationship with coffee farm in Indonesia. Odd in itself, as PH is one of THE coffee drinkers in the world (at least in quantity/capita) and ID is one of the biggest coffee producers in the world. I hope nobody count Kopiko as direct relationship (market leader as in 2022 for instant coffee in PH, based in Java). Another thought is, wet-hulled. Not familiar with Hasbullah farms, but surely they also have some high quality wet-hulled there as well. It's hard to find good quality wet-hulled in PH (direct or otherwise) and I'm sure there is a big market for it.
I think you should look out for "Avatara Thermal washed" coffee from Aceh, it's one of the best-tasting washed coffee from Indonesia probably ever it genuinely tastes like Ethiopian coffee with hints of stone fruit, jasmine, bergamot. Coffees from Aceh and West-Java are usually among the top 10 COE winners every year, you should look for those.
@@wideawakeph3662 No worries! If you ever fly here, I can take around haha. There are some reputable and COE winning farms around my city in west java.
looking forward to try this!!! thanks for this!
