I know why people compare his R to a Viktor ult but it makes me rage a lil every time people compare it because it thematically, appearance wise, and largely functionality wise is Anivia's ult.

Are y'all forgetting they moved servers years ago and anyone in the Midwest with good Internet gets like 20 or less ping? I Lived in Kansas when they did the server moves and I went from 60-90ping average to less than 40 every game, and my Internet at the time was 200mb Spectrum Internet.
