Make sure you’re taking your vitamins and eating hearty foods to help boost you immune system💗 2. I am no professional on nail anatomy I just know the basics from nail school but I do be knowing a few things because I love research😭. Underneath your nail fold which is behind the eponychium you’ll find your nail matrix which is made of special cells. Each nail matrix produces 196 layers of cells that combine to make each of your fingernails and toenails. Each nail matrix is constantly making new nail cells. So - if you ever damage your nail or the skin above the matrix you’ll notice your finger nails grow soooooo much differently because we disrupted the matrix and it’s growth pattern! And I have noticed if excessive monomer touches the skin your hyponychium tends to grow out further underneath the nail causing you to have less and less free edge. And I see it alllllll the time. I’m still researching it but so far that’s what I’ve learned and witnessed. 3. Your nails came out super fire💗 I want to get more into permanent frenchies because they just look sooooo clean😍

have you ever tried using a peel-off gel base similar to what www.youtube.com/@shuninail uses? but she usually does a new set almost every week so im not sure how long they last exactly 😅 also i love ur videos!!!! u're so super talented!!!!!
