While the hosts are new and are 1st time judges, can please at least educate them be more professional? Because it's very unfair to the contestant who got eliminated.

Just my 2c, contestants who failed to deliver the plates up by the stipulated timing have already earned themselves a major major fault. If everyone is given 3hrs and 3mins, contestants could have different approached to their creation and mentality would be different. i.e If im given 1 hr to prep a local dish. I know chicken rice is nice but it takes more than an hour to whip. Another contestant knowing chicken rice is nicer but given the time limit, decided on laksa and which can be prep within the hour. By the end of the hour, laksa is presented, but i'm still struggling with chicken rice. Judges granted extra timing for me to complete the chicken rice and i presented it after the hour and beat the laksa contestant.... Hmmm how about that? The taste must be out of the world for Jo to clinch it ! Congrats to all contestants who made it through.

Should be judged on process and finished product and not just the optics of it. It's a show that does not do justice to the contestants talent. The two judges are are there as mannequinns, not expert on cooking & baking to judge masterbakery. Waste of time and resources show. TCS should cancel it.

看了那么久之后，我只能说我对那道"华丽的冒险"一见钟情。。。
0:17 很受不了范文芳的发音，强调很不自然。很多不该卷舌的音却卷舌，“算”是suàn，不是shuàn。
节目以烘焙为主，找有受过专业训练的欧萱来主持、做评审，蛮有意思的。但节目最大的的败笔就是找两个没什么主持经验的艺人来主持。如果找一个有多一点经验的主持人搭配没有主持经验的或许会比较好。整体看来，范文芳跟欧萱没有什么默契，感觉两个人都很僵硬。
开场时四位站了很久，感觉是为了防疫而保持距离。如果真是这样，那么可以请造型师留意一下鞋子吗？范文芳已经很高了，还穿高跟鞋，和其他来宾站在一起很突兀。
节目强调这是第一个烘焙比赛的华文节目，但来宾和参赛者的华文水准却差强人意，甚至还以参赛者的英文名字称呼他们。如果要加入这么多英文单字，就真的不用强调“华文烘焙比赛”的特色了。
评审说他们也会注重卫生，这个我也觉得很重要，既然如此，那参赛者为何不把头发绑起来、戴口罩？

设定时限就表示参赛选手要在指定的时间内完成作品。时间一到即便还没完成也要马上停手把作品呈上。这就如考试时间一到考生必须马上停止作答一样。很惊讶那位超时的选手不但能延长时间完成作品还顺利晋级! 想请问制作组制定时限的目的是什么? 有什么意义? 这还算是专业的比赛吗?
