Problem not with the judges but with the producers of this show, they must lay down the contest rules to the judges very clearly so that they know where their stance are
很久没看范文芳和欧萱的节目了，youtube跳出这个影片就随手点开来看，节目静静的很专业又带点紧张感，很喜欢！希望可以请Tanya当嘉宾，她好像甜点也很厉害
Total fail. The contestant who failed to present her dish after the time's up should be eliminated instead. This is common rule in competition and she still took her own sweet time. Not respecting the competition at all and she's still not eliminated? Got special connections or what, this kind of mediocre standard can come join competition. While the hosts are new and are 1st time judges, can please at least educate them be more professional? Because it's very unfair to the contestant who got eliminated.
The problem is, Adelene herself did poorly with her dessert not "chocolate" enough. If the show will do on grounds of fairness Joanna did the challenge well. If the preliminaries will have these level of leniency it is acceptable as this round is where contestants introduces themselves by having an easy challenge

有点不公平，超时是很严重的错误，在很多其他的比赛例如Masterchef早就被淘汰了

101% agreed with the comment on the participant, Joanna should be eliminated. She exceeded the time and that is the rule of the competition. Very unprofessional of the judges. Mediacorp should explain why the judges not respecting the rule of the show. I am not interested to watch the rest of this show.
Are u sure this is a competition? What's the purpose of a time limit when the contestant with poor time management did not get eliminated. So unfair for the others who respected the rules

Beyond time limit and failed to unmould still can beat a contestant who accomplished her piece on time.
Just my 2c, contestants who failed to deliver the plates up by the stipulated timing have already earned themselves a major major fault.
If everyone is given 3hrs and 3mins, contestants could have different approached to their creation and mentality would be different.
i.e If im given 1 hr to prep a local dish. I know chicken rice is nice but it takes more than an hour to whip. Another contestant knowing chicken rice is nicer but given the time limit, decided on laksa and which can be prep within the hour. By the end of the hour, laksa is presented, but i'm still struggling with chicken rice. Judges granted extra timing for me to complete the chicken rice and i presented it after the hour and beat the laksa contestant.... Hmmm how about that?
The taste must be out of the world for Jo to clinch it ! Congrats to all contestants who made it through.
This is a competition and not a showcase. Rules have to be adhered to. No extra time should be given to a contestant for poor time management. Also as a judge, you can give tips but not “hands on”. The producer of this show, do you care to comment ?

设定时限就表示参赛选手要在指定的时间内完成作品。时间一到即便还没完成也要马上停手把作品呈上。这就如考试时间一到考生必须马上停止作答一样。很惊讶那位超时的选手不但能延长时间完成作品还顺利晋级! 想请问制作组制定时限的目的是什么? 有什么意义? 这还算是专业的比赛吗?

0:17 很受不了范文芳的发音，强调很不自然。很多不该卷舌的音却卷舌，“算”是suàn，不是shuàn。
节目以烘焙为主，找有受过专业训练的欧萱来主持、做评审，蛮有意思的。但节目最大的的败笔就是找两个没什么主持经验的艺人来主持。如果找一个有多一点经验的主持人搭配没有主持经验的或许会比较好。整体看来，范文芳跟欧萱没有什么默契，感觉两个人都很僵硬。
开场时四位站了很久，感觉是为了防疫而保持距离。如果真是这样，那么可以请造型师留意一下鞋子吗？范文芳已经很高了，还穿高跟鞋，和其他来宾站在一起很突兀。
节目强调这是第一个烘焙比赛的华文节目，但来宾和参赛者的华文水准却差强人意，甚至还以参赛者的英文名字称呼他们。如果要加入这么多英文单字，就真的不用强调“华文烘焙比赛”的特色了。
评审说他们也会注重卫生，这个我也觉得很重要，既然如此，那参赛者为何不把头发绑起来、戴口罩？
对，为何没有口罩？至少是透明的口罩

Wow concept looks like the show on Netflix called Sugar Rush.
unfair & unprofessional. if its a competition, set proper rules & follow the rules.
Should be judged on process and finished product and not just the optics of it. It's a show that does not do justice to the contestants talent. The two judges are are there as mannequinns, not expert on cooking & baking to judge masterbakery. Waste of time and resources show. TCS should cancel it.

镜头上的主持人服装配搭很怪。 左边的主持人娇小，衣服在她身上垮了下来而右边的主持人那么夸张的衣服又显得像金刚Barbie! 两人摆在一起不好看。。🤣
