It didn't catch fire. The moment you walk into the room, the bathtub lights up. What he doesn't show in the video (but he talks about it) is that there is a mirror to your left as you walk into the room. If you go to that and open it, there's a valve that you can turn to douse the flames, then grab the doll above the bathtub.
