Wrong conclusion, right sentiment. There are absolutely instances where you ping for assistance, but your team doesn't care enough to respond to those pings. Would voice chat help in those cases? Absolutely. Part of what makes internet interactions so toxic is the fact that its dehumanizing. No human faces to see or human voices to hear, so its easy to excuse yourself for treating someone like shit. If you could hear their voice or see their face, you'd have a much harder time justifying your shitty behavior. That being said, Viego was wrong, not for the comment about voice chat, but for blaming his Lux for not arriving to help. Pekin absolutely did walk over to help, its just that Viego sorely underestimated how strong enemy Draven was, so when the play went south, he decided to blame the failed play on the person he most recently pinged, which just happened to be his Lux. A little introspective would've told him that he shouldn't be making any plays near or involving the enemy Draven, or if Viego really felt that Lux was taking too long to back up his dragon call, he has to give up the dragon to the enemy team, or play much more patiently until his Lux does finally arrive. Nothing about his comment says that he is a bad communicator, it either says that he lacks awareness, patience, or both.
