I do not understand why these shows can't accept someone saying I don't drink. Maybe they are allergic, maybe they are a recovering alcoholic, maybe they hate the smell and taste of alcohol. Let them have their thing they don't do. It's not disrespect to you, it's respect for themselves and their own body.
@burtonaka___ I've never been a big drinker, I didn't start until I was 22, and I had maybe a grand total of 20 alcoholic beverages in the ten years until I stopped drinking. I just realized I really hated the way it made me feel, and I sort of think I might be allergic. So, about 13 years ago, I stopped drinking completely. It's not worth the calories and it's expensive.

The loud slap count in this drama was numerous! I am not sure why a person of Jiang Xiao Bei's status was allowed to be framed. I admired that the cool and calm Jiang Xiao Bei never really sought revenge even after telling the Jiang family their evil deeds. Xiao Bei continuously showed his love for MuXue even promising her he wanted to give her the biggest wedding and he did not disappoint her! I loved that MuXue accepted Jiang Xiao Bei without him telling her who he really was. This showed she loved him unconditionally. Good drama and good ending!

His eyes remind me of George Raft and his handsome features of a young Marlon Brando. His posture is similar to Humphrey Bogart and the lips that quickly turn into a snarl are similar to those of Edward G. Robinson. His sexy swagger and penetrating gaze that screams 'cross me and see what you get' reminds me of Robert Mitchum. I could go on but my fingers hurt. 😊

Is that really the end? I feel like I just wasted almost 2 hours of my life. 🤔
In my opinion, nothing the actors or set could do would make this story good. It's basically 1:45min of yelling and hitting. I've seen a few versions now, and I can never understand why the ML would put his beloved through another month of humiliation and hurt, just so that he can have a more dramatic reveal! Finally, after getting through all of that, the plot gives about half a second of validation and a mere hint that their relationship might be happy despite everything. I end up feeling that I've wasted nearly 2 hours for no benefit!
