These settings are a pretty good all rounder for me. All from extreme + position AKA full clockwise . Front bump 7, front rebound 17, rear bump 8, rear rebound 21, all counter clockwise.

They are ok-ish for normal driving, but for rally they are way too soft and the car becomes uncontrollable at high speed after each bump. Especially the front wheels. I added about 25 clockwise scrolls to front bump and 10 to front rebound. I could instantly go 100+ into corners where I could previously only go 60-80 or lose control.
Well, I just tested these settings and they plant the car really nice on the dirt track. I can take corners at 100km/h easy withouth the rally tires. But it all depends on which corners are we talking about. Will test your suggestion out, if it turns out you're not trolling and it works better, we'll see.

Therefore having rear harder than the front will cause the rear to become unweighted much more easily than the front end and will transfer too much weight to the front. Extra weight on the front axle may increase front grip but too much causes understeer, and the car will nosedive over jumps if the rear is driving the front into the ground. Furthermore I refined my rear end tuning when I noticed that braking on downhills on the rally always causes the car to spin. This is the result of the rear tires completely losing traction due to all of the weight being transferred forwards. Seriously, try a softer rear end instead of a harder rear end and you will notice much more neutral handling.

hello, i wanted to add that if the front wheels dont steer with the steering wheel, you have to save and load then it will be fixed. it happen to me and i thought i broke something but game just a little glitchy.
fact is that amount of total brake force is needed maybe only on asphalt roads. On dirt roads instead of stopping the car immediately, front wheels just loose grip - i.e. braking power is too high So, yes, overall braking power will be lower. The other option is to press the brake pedal more gently, but i would say that you can't feel and handle non-real pedals that sharp.
hey i have a problem with my suspention, i bends itself after every start, ive gone to fleetari to straighten it, but when i start the car and wait for it to warm up it bends again while not even moving if i try to start the car couple more times the tire will puncture (even brand new one) i heard this is a bug but found no fix for it, im out of ideas so if anybody had the same problem or knows the fix for it please let me know, thanks! also this only hapens on the front right tire and strut.

You can press F9 in game for an outside view but I am not sure of the ones inside the wheel arches.

He was using the "Noclip" mod by sitting in the car and activating the noclip mod then he moved the cam to certain part of the car then turned it off.

you don't actually have to unscrew the wheels to install the rally suspension but using the car jack is necessary

i can't judge without looking at it, but the rally suspernsion is higher than stock one, yes
