Snow White has a beef with the Chatterbox because it was once a Pilgrim on the same squad as Snow White before it was turned into a rapture. You can see some design similarities between their Visors, the antenna on the ear and the shoulder pads that both have similar yellow accents. The chatterbox's arsenal that are now embedded on its body are also similar to SW's seven dwarves weapon system that has multiple arrays of missile launchers and an anti-ship laser.

I've watched all the story cutscenes up to the current bracket (episode 18) and Chatterbox himself dies in chapter 13, thus far there's no indication Chatterbox was anything other than an especially intelligent Rapture, nor why Snow White was so doggedly determined to hunt him down. Some design quirks don't mean anything and there's been no indication that Nikkes can be full on converted into Raptures. The only methods of conversion are either injecting Rapture Code into a Nikke to turn them into a Heretic via a NIMPH hijack or capturing a Nikke and exposing them to "Material H", which will assimilate and covert all compatible Nikke Parts into more of that material.
Some design similarities don't support your full-scale conversion theory unless it's backed up by evidence in the script that Nikkes can be converted into full Raptures as opposed to just Corrupted and then Heretics., which thus far it isn't. Chatterbox has been dead for roughly 5 chapters now, since he dies in chapter 13 and it's now chapter 18, and we've still not been told that he's anything other than an intelligent Rapture, so I'm going to go ahead and say that's all he is for now. If you have evidence to back up this statement, like perhaps some Lost Relics that describe the process or hidden lore cutscenes about Chatterbox that I've not found, since I've gone through all of chapter 1 through 18 by now, then by all means post links. Otherwise, please stop stating your headcanons as if they were lore fact, it only confuses people. At least have "I think" or "This is just speculation" in there somewhere.
