This theme speaks of how trevor feels in the moment. At the start, Trevor has killed a member of a biker gang and he just learned his best friend is still alive and essentially lied to him about being dead. So trevor starts taking on the bikers. The second part is when he starts chasing the bikers down the road, and eventually shooting and killing bikers, he's emotionally brought back to when he and Michael fought through all the police and how crazy it got, and he gets angrier and angrier and how Michael lied to him (which explains why he is so angry towards Michael throughout the game.) Then the percussion changes, and the guitars reintensify, and trevor suddenly is so angry he decides to take over the entire county for speed production. He kills Ortega, and when the music slowly calms down, Trevor is calm now that he's killed some people.
