I’ve been eyeing that package of cooked shrimp in my freezer and thinking I needed to thaw them. Definitely doing it tomorrow with a salad for lunch and as a snack later.

Most of the time I use veggie skewers, and shrimp or meat skewers, side by side since they can have different cooking times. I don´t think the veggies will be ready by the time the shrimps are done.

Living on Mallorca, We are forever reminded of the smell... and me being a cyclist....every day I cycle and am driven crazy by the smell from the restaurants cooking shellfish...mmmmm... and being a Highlander Scot who grew up catching and cooking fresh (best in da world) Scottish seafood..... well.....so will give this video a miss my friend!! lol...I do have a vegan prawn recipe.. but c'mon!! eh!! lol...1 day I hope to return to my native Scotland and will make an exception to our vegan lifestyle to add in Scottish Langoustines and Lobsters!! To me, Scottish Langoustines are the best in the world!
When I make dishes for others calling for cilantro, I don’t use it when I make the recipe and just serve it on the side. Cilantro has an off flavor to some people. It’s a genetic thing, and for some of us it tastes bad. If somebody loves it, they can sprinkle it like parsley over a dish, up to them and the rest don’t have to suffer. Enjoy!

The shrimp are cooked not raw. Raw shrimp is green and cooked shrimp is pink.
