I've been journaling on notion for a little bit now but I've been interested in paper journaling for longer. I feel like it would do my mind good to slow down and really take in what I'm reflecting on.

/waves from the middle of 2024. I really like the scheduled email letters to the self. I think I'll try scaling it down to a few times a year (like quarterly/seasonally) along with yearly. My memory is not that great, and like all human brains, it's wired to focus on threats and danger instead of positivity, so it benefits from more frequent reminders of the good things. :)

Writing by hand can definitely be helpful for self reflection. 😊
