She currently holds the esteemed position of District Collector in Sivaganga, serving as a source of inspiration for numerous students aspiring to become IAS officers. Her down-to-earth approach towards the public and dedication to addressing their grievances is truly commendable. We take great pride in having her as our collector.
This interview....is very inspiring.......this is the right way to give motivate a civil service aspirant....I need the way of preparation.....not their views and opinions
Asha, excellent presentation. lots of confidence and brilliance in your comments. Really it is an inspiration to all IAS aspirants. All the best!. In future you can start one IAS training centre which would help many students. clearing IAS is not that much easy, it's very tough, many skills are required.
wonderful presentation .genuinely shared their experiance ... both are desrved the seat and also capable to work for nation..we can see the level of thinking and siplicity of them all over time.each points are very use ful to every mallayaali aspirants.... ..
I am civil aspirant from devakottai.could I get ur guidelines, and how to prepare for 2019 preliminary examination cum main oriented notes, pls give me ur guidelines mom..
Stop giving so much importance to civil service winners....there is nothing special about them. Intelligent people are there in every field . Look at her (Asha )interview skills , just mediocre style only. If IAS guys are good then indian administration would have been the best , which is not the case. Some are good, most others are just bookworms who just pass the exam and don't know how to administer our state or country.

Are our civil service officials smart enough to solve people's problems? They are not actually very intelligent people.
