"Frostalis" is not TydeTyme's build. Tydes build is "frost fatalis" which did not include boots, the whole point of the build was to slow your opponents movement speed down to below yours by having the 10% movement speed from hastened fatalis. The "Frostalis" build, Tyde calls "the other guys build", has boots (as I said before, tydes didn't have boots) the reason he calls it that is because someone made that build and changed the name to "frostalis" so when you say "Is that TydeTyme?" it is irrelevant to the build because "frostalis" is not Tydes build. "frost fatalis" is.
