Same, and it applies to more than just phones. I just realized that this is exactly why I'm addicted to refreshing the RUclips home screen, Google News, or Facebook on my desktop browser: I'm pulling a lever, hoping for interesting suggestions or content to randomly show up.

Just to note, unlike many americans or people in the west, lots of people in Asia or African continent used phones for businesses. Mainly online shopping. Few of my friends open online store that sell garments or electronic parts. They usually using phones from the time they woke up to the time they slept. You might want to look into that.
Companies are also addicted to apps! Seems like you can't do anything these days without having a smartphone to buy a product or shop in their store. Pretty soon people won't be able to get on a bus or buy a coffee without having to pull out your phone and use their app. Feel sorry for people, mainly senior citizens, who don't own smart phone and feel like they can't function in society, and therefore feel obsolete.
Me pointing at my phone after watching this video: Me: You! Phone: No you. Me: But this video--- Phone: Trust me, just ignore it and find another video. Me: Ok.
I just paid my iPhone 11 Pro max off.. I'm about tempted to switch to a flip phone. Only thing I will def miss is navigation. But I have that in my car.. Just would need to upgrade the maps for it.
You say Map apps can’t suck you down a bottomless vortex of stuff. My hours upon hours wasted exploring various places around the world using Google Map’s “Street View” says otherwise...
That's not true. The video didn't say that Map apps can't suck you down a bottomless vortex of stuff. Also, why don't you know how to make a contraction with a word that ends with s? I thought English class taught how to do that correctly.
I don't use TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, discord or twitch but I'm addicted to RUclips and I watch lots of movies and shows. Seems like you just can't escape this virtual world.
About the same. I am on most of social media platforms, but I am inactive everywhere. I have blocked all the notifications. However I watch RUclips a lot. I am basically addicted to it.
The fact that this channel makes tons of money through RUclips, which use these EXACT tactics is pretty noble. They post this video on how to feed less into your phone and put more into productivity is a brave move on their part. This video could lose them money and because they are dedicated to US as viewers they are more concerned with getting this information to us. Thank you👍🏾
It doesn't matter to the channel. People will subscribe, follow, and come back to Vox because they appreciate their message. They appear to be genuine, which is why I follow them
well, they didn't go further into detail... it is actually already possible to customise how websites look and feel using css plugins such as Stylish. just takes a bit of patience and time to do your own... or use a style that someone else already created. also, i think Vox wants you to believe that it's not YOU who is being a mindless drone surrendering your free will to that tiny device you own... but that scary corporate overlord who is trying to surreptitiously control you. the truth is... you can free yourself pretty easily. but they don't tell you how.
After listening to your podcast with Tristan Harris I set my (Android) phone to grayscale. After 6 hours I had already noticed how "bored" I was and that didn't grab me as much. As an added bonus the world around me was more colorful. Really! That was the crazy part. I'm so used to seeing such vibrant colors on my screen, and then (comparably) more muted colors in "real life" that going gray had made the world brighter and more colorful. Weird!
If you are using Android, go to Developer Tools and find a "Simulate Color Space" option (or similar). If you're use an iPhone, google it, there should be an app for it
okay, so i was addicted to tiktok and it prevented me from doing homework, ect. i deleted it, and it has been soo much better however occasionally i fear i’m missing out on trends but it’s okay! i’m enjoying life more and it’s shocking how much tiktok was an essential in my life.
I'm a little strange. I never got addicted to Facebook or Snap or Instagram (I have a small social circle). But I've been addicted to RUclips (endless rabbit hole of videos) and reddit (endless rabbit hole of forums, profiles, content, etc.) I need to break my addiction.
i stopped using social media apps unless i was on wifi and its really helped me break my phone addiction of mindlessly opening my IG or FB whenever im bored in public. still use it at home but...baby steps?
I went on a social media cleanse and deleted all of my accounts but kept RUclips because I never upload so I thought it was ok. I no longer have anxiety over likes, anxiety over tagged pictures, anxiety over who is seeing my 10th grade selfie session. It truly is liberating.
Totally on board with you. I did the same with all my social media, by deleting my accounts not just the app off my phone and it really is great. I don't really count YT as social media cuz like... it's different lol if that makes sense haha. But yeah social media is so unnecessary!
Back when you were an awkward spot remover? High school is the worst. Look at you now! Now you’re a fully grown bottle of bleach. I’m sorry, I read your comment as if it were written by an actual bottle of bleach, and I wanted to share my dumb thought with everyone. In all seriousness, thank you for your insight!
This is actually very helpful. I’ve been looking to detox on certain apps and sometimes I just can’t put my phone down tho. Hopefully me and us as a society can get better at this
i recently lost my phone and have been spending weeks without it and it really made me realise how much i waste on it. this video really helped show me how addictive a phone really is. once i get a new phone im definitely going to make some changes to it. thank you for this video, really great explanations and visuals
"The predictability would take out the addictiveness" - How about drugs, alcohol and sex? It is the predictabililty of sensation, the assurance of good feeling that makes addicts seeks more.
Your brain gives you a stumulation when you think about the things, so it feels good when you think about them. Usually the stimulation wears off after the addictive activity is done.
capitalism in the 21st century is entirely dependent on feeding your addictions, from opioids to oil to even milk (caseins are addictive and milk corps knows this) and sugar (ditto). There is a reason your burger comes with cheese and there is sugar in the bun, you aren't given a choice, "the land of the free" is a command market.
gisforgary you have choice, stop whining about people’s lack of choice. Don’t eat dairy, make your own bread, etc. It’s just a hard decision so everyone blames the system rather than taking any initiative.
You corrected the title, now it's your chance to proof to the people that are addicted to their phones by making a speech.... *BECOME THE NEXT LUTHER KING.*
of course phones are addicting! just like social media - especially youtube. why do you think you landed on this video? that being said, lemme upload more on my channel and contribute to the problem 😁
what? so in your mind, VOX shouldn't do videos that actually inform us .. if you'd watch it again, you'd maybe understand that the whole idea is letting your phone interrupting your life and destroying it, they said nothing about watching a good content video that you actually learn something from.
i’m more addicted with my laptop than my phone, bc i’m obsessed with movies. i’m not that kind of person who can’t “live” without there phones. when i go to school and go out i never bring my phone bc i’m more focused with connecting and building relationships with others. my group of friends are always on their phone whenever i’m absent but when i’m with them i restrict them from using it, i make fun games for everyone it’s also a way for us to get to know each other in much deeper way while having fun
Aww man that's awesome. I rarely take phone out with me; and if I do it's just so I can play sudoku or learn languages while waiting for apointment. I never use it for social media. For me it's very limited use. First thing I did when I got my first ever smartphone was to set rule for myself to never use it for social media. I don't regret it one bit. I can focus on life way more that way; I'm not creative like you are though; making fun games; that sounds amazing. Would love to be your friend ^^ . But what I appreciate is having so much peace and relaxation and just inner peace means a lot to me. I see ppl being on phones feeling a bit stressed if they have to be without phone for little longer than expected; it's really sad to see. It's still weird for me to see how much phone matters to others. Phones are like... new version of cigarettes for some.
Guys, I always was a phone addicted: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat were my main problems. So I decided to move away from those addictive behaviors and I found a subreddit called /r/nosurf. For those who are desperately trying to get a new grip on life, I highly recommend to read some articles from there. I'm away from social-media-distractiosn such as Instagram for more than one week and I've only seen major improvements. Among those are: - Social anxiety dissipation. - More willingness. - More mental strength. - More focus. - More reading sessions (at least 1h30 per day). Mobile phones are devices that were made to make you encapsulated. You decide if you want to be there.
The best way to get over any kind of technology related addiction Go camping in the nature, far from home and cities, for 10 days, don't take any technology with you, just take necessary items that you need for the next 10 days trust me, it will not only put your body back to its natural circadian rythm, but help you overcome your addiction to phones, tv, social networks etc
Wonderful idea.... but in my experience most of the anxiety caused phone notifications is actually through work (emails, missed calls, etc)... and ten days away from that is likely to cause more harm than good.
Let's just appreciate this video for a moment. I'd like to say that the people who worked on this, from narrating, post-production, animation to design are so talented! I love this concept, I really do! It doesn't take much time to watch this, yet you can get some great advices and learn a lot about some topics in a short period of time. Well done, great job! Immediately subscribing :)
My “phone checking” habit increased after we elected The Great Pumpkin. Once I catch a glance of a news headline I pick up my phone wondering “WTF HAPPENED NOW?!” ...I’m working on it.
I kind of quit instagram a few years ago but as someone my age I feel like this is a disadvantage coz that’s how people connect or keep in touch with each other nowadays. Kinda sad
This video frames the problem as if it's a technological issue we just haven't designed a solution for yet. You're not talking about the fact that companies like Facebook and Tumblr WANT you to be endlessly scrolling. Their business model doesn't surround your wellbeing. So unless you plan to address that, you are not going to have any improvements on the side of the apps/services creating these addictive notifications and scrolls. For me, it helped to really think about the malicious intent behind them to realize that I do not want to play into their hand. And that's not to say the people at Facebook or any other tech firm are malicious, but the need to constantly increase profit margins necessitate malicious design.
AsellusPrimus They said exactly the same. Of course, they aren't going to tell that ''Facebook and Google which owns this very place called youtube are malicious and do not care for their customers''. They made a free thought into our poor minds so addicts can figure out some way out or at least an idea of their situation. It helped me to further investigate into improvement, and that's a huge one.
AsellusPrimus Your point is that malicious design is an eventual consequence of maximizing profits, which every company wants, so the real devil here is... money? That's how capitalism works and I agree with you. An ethical mindset is difficult to maintain because, after all, do customers care about the company? When was your last money contribution to the Wikipedia? It's a vicious cycle, I think you're malicious so I don't trust your company and I don't see you thanking me so I get my thanks with money advertisement.
Oh yes are apologies for sharing how to's, music, upcoming information for movies, war, cultural misconducts, and social trends. Let's go back to the 1300's where there was no clean water, and everyone died from the plauge.
What are Snapchat streaks? I've never had Snapchat (I personally think Snapchat is stupid and pointless) but kids at my school talk about it all the time. I feel like an absolute idiot when they talk about it, lol.
Diamond Dog If you send a snap (picture) and they send one back that activates the streak, and every day you two send at least _one_ snap you get a day added on to your streak. however it's a streak so it can break, and start over.
I never turned on notifications so I never got addicted. People spend way to much time on social media, one of the most tragic things I see almost every day is when two friends greet each other then spend the next 20m on their phones not talking to each other. It literally infuriates me.
It's the worst! You meet up with a bunch of folks for coffee, and instead of talking, there they are, staring at their phones or taking pictures of the coffee instead of talking. :(
VSpoodle Yes, and for that, some phones have a do not disturb feature where all notifications can be kept silent except if someone calls. That's very useful as well. 😊
I pay to receive no ads. I like it very much and I keep my ringer turned off unless I've a busy day. Super helpful, especially since I'm retired. I don't bring my phone with me when I walk my doggy either.😊
That feeling in itself is a sign of addiction. When we addict to something, that thing becomes more stimulating while all others become less stimulating. The same mechanism applies to drug and alcohol addicts. For Your consideration.
"Addicting" IS actually a word, but since it is not an adjective, it is often used incorrectly. As used correctly, it is a verb, meaning "tending to or causing to become addicted." For example, "By drinking too much coffee, I run the risk of addicting myself to caffeine."
1- Turn off your notifications (Restrict them to only when someone is trying to reach you) 2- Use a grayscale filter 3- Restrict your home screen to everyday tools (Like maps, calendar and calculator) Extra: Be careful with apps with infinite scroll and ask yourself what is actually worth your attention.
Two things: (1) Putting Android in grayscale just looks so damn classy. I like it and thanks for the tip! Kinda wish there's an easy way to toggle it tho for when I'm using the camera and I actually care about the colors. (2) I need that self-refilling bowl.
This site includes the trick for switching back & forth between grayscale and color. lifehacker.com/change-your-screen-to-grayscale-to-combat-phone-addicti-1795821843
Putting the phone in greyscale makes the background when I'm reading a harsh blueish grey instead of the warm beige I prefer because it's gentler on my eyes and disrupts melatonin production less. If it didn't make reading less comfortable (and I rather want to encourage myself to spend more time reading instead of playing relatively mindless games), I would _so_ use it.
I only use my phone for Instagram, RUclips & Spotify (of course text msgs and calls as well) and that's enough for me to spend 1/3 of the day stuck on it
I deleted all of the social media apps excluding RUclips, telegram and WhatsApp a year ago and now I literally don't waste time as much as I used to :)
I’ve been using my phone on greyscale for a couple days now and I love it. I’ve noticed that being on my phone is less satisfying and I don’t get comfort from just looking at it anymore
I did specifically say "ram" space. Plus good games with amazing graphics take a heck a lot of ram... (unless you have those 6/8 gb kinds, then kudos to you)
the slot machine and pull to refresh analogy blew my mind
Same, and it applies to more than just phones. I just realized that this is exactly why I'm addicted to refreshing the RUclips home screen, Google News, or Facebook on my desktop browser: I'm pulling a lever, hoping for interesting suggestions or content to randomly show up.

because obesity is already a problem without the self refilling bowls lol
This channel is also ADDICTING
At least it is teaching you something for your good
In a good way
Me pointing at my phone after watching this video:
Me: You!
Phone: No you.
Me: But this video---
Phone: Trust me, just ignore it and find another video.
Me: Ok.
😂😂 underrated comment
Ha! I'm getting a flip phone this summer. Once my iPhone is paid for, done!
any luck?
I just paid my iPhone 11 Pro max off.. I'm about tempted to switch to a flip phone. Only thing I will def miss is navigation. But I have that in my car.. Just would need to upgrade the maps for it.
You say Map apps can’t suck you down a bottomless vortex of stuff.
My hours upon hours wasted exploring various places around the world using Google Map’s “Street View” says otherwise...
CrossfacePanda same
Everybody training for Geoguessr, huh? :D
That's not true. The video didn't say that Map apps can't suck you down a bottomless vortex of stuff. Also, why don't you know how to make a contraction with a word that ends with s? I thought English class taught how to do that correctly.
The interviewee said he has apps on his home screen that can't suck you down a bottomless vortex of stuff, such as calendar, map, lyft, etc
Yeeeep.
@@supersonic1240 watching youtube is far more better than using social media.
Use it 30 minutes a day and it's all good
The fact that this channel makes tons of money through RUclips, which use these EXACT tactics is pretty noble.
They appear to be genuine, which is why I follow them
Johnny Ilca Precisely
well, they didn't go further into detail... it is actually already possible to customise how websites look and feel using css plugins such as Stylish. just takes a bit of patience and time to do your own... or use a style that someone else already created.
also, i think Vox wants you to believe that it's not YOU who is being a mindless drone surrendering your free will to that tiny device you own... but that scary corporate overlord who is trying to surreptitiously control you.
the truth is... you can free yourself pretty easily. but they don't tell you how.
If you're use an iPhone, google it, there should be an app for it
Ana Rita Lopes No probs. You too
Could not find it on Android 7.1 (Wileyfox) :(
In iOS go to settings then accessibility then display and text size and then turn on color filter the default is grayscale
I'm quite lucky my phone has a feature that grayscales my screen on certain time periods.
I downloaded tik tok as a joke, but now I'm addicted to it. Help me.

okay, so i was addicted to tiktok and it prevented me from doing homework, ect. i deleted it, and it has been soo much better however occasionally i fear i’m missing out on trends but it’s okay! i’m enjoying life more and it’s shocking how much tiktok was an essential in my life.
@@superannjon-roblox7325 why would you miss trends?

Deleted snap and IG a few days ago. I have never slept better and thought clearer. Its all an illusion
what is IG?
reob12 Instagram.
I'm a little strange. I never got addicted to Facebook or Snap or Instagram (I have a small social circle). But I've been addicted to RUclips (endless rabbit hole of videos) and reddit (endless rabbit hole of forums, profiles, content, etc.) I need to break my addiction.
Politics that's arguably just as bad
i stopped using social media apps unless i was on wifi and its really helped me break my phone addiction of mindlessly opening my IG or FB whenever im bored in public. still use it at home but...baby steps?
I went on a social media cleanse and deleted all of my accounts but kept RUclips because I never upload so I thought it was ok. I no longer have anxiety over likes, anxiety over tagged pictures, anxiety over who is seeing my 10th grade selfie session. It truly is liberating.
So it IS you.
Clorox Bleach i literally only use social media as a small break for a chat with people. I keep notifications off for apps except for clash royale.

I don't get it.
Daniel we created the phones but yet we are completely hooked onto it and now we are addicted.
how can you not get that..
I'm not sure you made the phone
i recently lost my phone and have been spending weeks without it and it really made me realise how much i waste on it. this video really helped show me how addictive a phone really is. once i get a new phone im definitely going to make some changes to it. thank you for this video, really great explanations and visuals
"The predictability would take out the addictiveness" - How about drugs, alcohol and sex? It is the predictabililty of sensation, the assurance of good feeling that makes addicts seeks more.
Jomarie Cabuello actually all 3 of those can take the predictability out of an average day, which makes the good feeling better
Your brain gives you a stumulation when you think about the things, so it feels good when you think about them. Usually the stimulation wears off after the addictive activity is done.
Vox Notifications are designed to be addicting.
Ceolan Mc Mullin ya they are using the same tools and tricks mentioned in their video 😂😂
Yet all of sudden we saw that phones are designed to be addicting.

Hazman Rostam Of course.
Are comments getting better or is this just Vox subscribers?
How about Maslow?
capitalism in the 21st century is entirely dependent on feeding your addictions, from opioids to oil to even milk (caseins are addictive and milk corps knows this) and sugar (ditto). There is a reason your burger comes with cheese and there is sugar in the bun, you aren't given a choice, "the land of the free" is a command market.
gisforgary you have choice, stop whining about people’s lack of choice. Don’t eat dairy, make your own bread, etc. It’s just a hard decision so everyone blames the system rather than taking any initiative.

of course phones are addicting! just like social media - especially youtube. why do you think you landed on this video?
that being said, lemme upload more on my channel and contribute to the problem 😁
what? so in your mind, VOX shouldn't do videos that actually inform us .. if you'd watch it again, you'd maybe understand that the whole idea is letting your phone interrupting your life and destroying it, they said nothing about watching a good content video that you actually learn something from.
Vale, yo también veo muchos canales como este y estoy enganchado a RUclips. XD
Wolkify I will phone you tomorrow afternoon
edgy comment lol its already the general idea of the video was not only the phone, social media and phones are basically one right now...
youtube is not social media!
i’m more addicted with my laptop than my phone, bc i’m obsessed with movies. i’m not that kind of person who can’t “live” without there phones. when i go to school and go out i never bring my phone bc i’m more focused with connecting and building relationships with others. my group of friends are always on their phone whenever i’m absent but when i’m with them i restrict them from using it, i make fun games for everyone it’s also a way for us to get to know each other in much deeper way while having fun
tiffany mayer it seems fun to be your friend! My friends kinda suck...
Nova Alfiane thanks love! ❤️
Phones are like... new version of cigarettes for some.
>watching movies on a laptop
Hey, that's awesome! Can you like give me some examples of the games you play that keep you all entertained?
Guys, I always was a phone addicted: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat were my main problems. So I decided to move away from those addictive behaviors and I found a subreddit called /r/nosurf. For those who are desperately trying to get a new grip on life, I highly recommend to read some articles from there.
I'm away from social-media-distractiosn such as Instagram for more than one week and I've only seen major improvements. Among those are:
- Social anxiety dissipation.
- More willingness.
- More mental strength.
- More focus.
- More reading sessions (at least 1h30 per day).
Mobile phones are devices that were made to make you encapsulated. You decide if you want to be there.
The best way to get over any kind of technology related addiction
Go camping in the nature, far from home and cities, for 10 days,
don't take any technology with you, just take necessary items that you need for the next 10 days
trust me, it will not only put your body back to its natural circadian rythm, but help you overcome your addiction to phones, tv, social networks etc
Unless u break both ur legs and then u hav no phone to get help 🤔
+Ren K
take a friend along
get a satellite phone, and take it out only for emergency
Wonderful idea.... but in my experience most of the anxiety caused phone notifications is actually through work (emails, missed calls, etc)... and ten days away from that is likely to cause more harm than good.
Yeah cause we all have the time to just take off 10 days from work/school/life and go isolate ourselves...
nPlatin getting bored is part of it. What will you do, what will you create when you get bored? Where will your mind wander?
Let's just appreciate this video for a moment. I'd like to say that the people who worked on this, from narrating, post-production, animation to design are so talented! I love this concept, I really do! It doesn't take much time to watch this, yet you can get some great advices and learn a lot about some topics in a short period of time. Well done, great job! Parents are just as addicted to their phones as their children 😪
My “phone checking” habit increased after we elected The Great Pumpkin. Once I catch a glance of a news headline I pick up my phone wondering “WTF HAPPENED NOW?!” ...I’m working on it.

I saw the video and immediately on Vox's Recommendation turned off the all non human notifications (including Vox's notification)😂

Same 😂
Subham Bhattacharjee I just leave the notifications alone (social media ones). Why, I can't ask the question besides being my habit.
Please make one on parents being addicted to phones and making their children the same as a result.
I kind of quit instagram a few years ago but as someone my age I feel like this is a disadvantage coz that’s how people connect or keep in touch with each other nowadays. Kinda sad
ashleylalala
Instagram is kinda cumbersome
Great point, well said.
Thank you! My kids are all colorblind now to prevent the bright colors from attracting them to their phones!
oh
i’m gonna read a book now
A book is one those things that only exists to grab your attention.
Fly Beep I heard tales of such things existing in the olden tales but just the thought of them existing now is exhilarating
This reminded me I have a book I've been meaning to finish, myself. Thanks!
Even books are meant to absorb you. They might be more artistic, and less detrimental to your mental health, but--actually, yeah, just read a book.

*"BOOKS ARE DESIGNED TO BE ADDICTIVE"*

You can't expect me to have a healthier relationship with my phone when I can't even keep a healthy relationship with myself.
I’m procrastinating while watching this!
Bryane no one cares
We should watch this weekly, and do something to remove distractions. Especially Social media.
This is a great video, I just changed the priority of notifications on my phone. We need more timely videos like these, Keep up the good work
An appropriate video notification for me as I'm still up at 5 am and have been staring at my phone for a while now 😓 lmao...
plumear same!
RUclips is also included!
Snapchat streaks are _only_ for this reason. That's why I don't do them.
Tobs Meks its for idiots that actually care about a couple of pixels forming a number
Tobs Meks do those still exist?
What are Snapchat streaks? I've never had Snapchat (I personally think Snapchat is stupid and pointless) but kids at my school talk about it all the time. I feel like an absolute idiot when they talk about it, lol.
Diamond Dog If you send a snap (picture) and they send one back that activates the streak, and every day you two send at least _one_ snap you get a day added on to your streak. however it's a streak so it can break, and start over.
Diamond Dog And I forgot to mention that a lot of times people just take one picture and send it to all of their friends.
Some notifications are set to 'on' by default in a lot of apps, just word to the wise.
I'm addicted to my phone because there isn't something better to do
Mmm Mmm As someone other said here in the comments, reading a book should do.
Find something better to do. Play a sport or instrument, learn something new, study. Start a new project, there a lot of things to do.
That feeling in itself is a sign of addiction. When we addict to something, that thing becomes more stimulating while all others become less stimulating. The same mechanism applies to drug and alcohol addicts. For Your consideration.
Go check out the channel 'yes theory' i think you need it
Mmm Mmm *real life*
That's true. This video has been recommended to me for at least a week
"Addicting" IS actually a word, but since it is not an adjective, it is often used incorrectly. As used correctly, it is a verb, meaning "tending to or causing to become addicted." For example, "By drinking too much coffee, I run the risk of addicting myself to caffeine."
1- Turn off your notifications (Restrict them to only when someone is trying to reach you)
2- Use a grayscale filter
3- Restrict your home screen to everyday tools (Like maps, calendar and calculator)
Extra: Be careful with apps with infinite scroll and ask yourself what is actually worth your attention.
Victor Rocha
Another extra tip: uninstall any apps (especially games) that make you more stressed instead of less.
Two things: (1) Putting Android in grayscale just looks so damn classy. I like it and thanks for the tip! Kinda wish there's an easy way to toggle it tho for when I'm using the camera and I actually care about the colors. (2) I need that self-refilling bowl.
chadestioco me too, I need times where I can easily switch it off if I need to focus on colors
Greyscale is elegant as heck!
I only use my phone for Instagram, RUclips & Spotify (of course text msgs and calls as well) and that's enough for me to spend 1/3 of the day stuck on it
Relatable and I really need to change that!
apps are addicting, not the phone.
I like it that you created this new category.
This is exactly what I do - turning all notifications off except for messages and emails from people I care about. It's the best.
I don’t even have email notifications
I try to be without phone in public places
And now I’m binge watching your channel on my phone. You guys keep me engage also!

These types of videos keep many people addicted to RUclips.
