Although withdrawing of MFN status to Pakistan will no provide much harm to it but still it will some or the other way isolate pakistan, as in todays date pakistan is begging to other countries for money and at any time it can be blacklisted by globe for its doings and giving birth to terrorism and polluting their own land.

As far as my knowledge is concerned Abhay, India's Sanctions doesn't as much gravity as the USA's.
One of the main important reasons, we don't have a permanent membership in UNSC
Pakistan doesn't import as much products as it does with the US
