You completely missed the point of the car story. No one gives a fuck that a millionaire does bored rich people shit. $2.4 million is quite literally meaningless in relation to Bungie’s current issues, and it’s not as if Parsons was paying employees out of his own pocket or whatever. The messed up thing is that he showed off the cars, invited employees into his home to see them, only to fire them two days later. Sociopath type shit
Totally agree with you. And that was what I was trying to allude too. Here we have a company that just got a giant check and there is a sociopath laying people off and buying cars instead of trying to fix anything. It's 100% sociopath type shit. Bungie is broken from the top down
My friend bought Beyond light for me and I went out of my way to ask him to not buy me the next expansion after finding out the first 2/3rds of the game are just missing and I'll never get to experience the whole story
Lightfall was not good. Story was trash, characters were absolute trash. Only "good" thing to come out of that expansion was strand. Can't make money if nobody sticks around to buy skins in your store.
Trash is bottom of the barrell where you can't go any lower. It wasn't THAT Bad. Why are people so incapable of adding nuance to things. The Lightfall campaign from a gameplay perspective was extremely solid. Better than every campaign besides Red War and Forsaken. We all so quickly forget how awful Curse of Osiris' campaign was. How many missions from it were reused as Strikes. Lightfall was mediocre yes. But it wasn't trash. It wasn't the "worst expansion ever". Curse of Osiris was. I would even argue Shadowkeep was a worse expansion. So much reused shit in the name of "nightmares". I stopped playing the game because of Shadowkeep. I didn't touch a single Shadowkeep season because of how boring and reused it all was. I didn't play again until Season of the Splicer. So come on, can we start adding the nuance
Light fall sucked..final shape has caught up…the issue came down to just over spending.and too many free to play crap..once you start free to play, ppl who are smart just wait for it to be free,and play it, as most ppl aren’t the type who play it every free moment they have, unlike RUclipsrs..
