I'm actually struggling with my sleep time right now..like I sleep at 7_8 am and wake up at 3 pm! It's sooo frustrating and today I just felt all chocked up and blue cause I tried to wake up earlier so many times but everytime my body couldn't handle it.. I found ur video as a sign and wanna do my best to fix my sleep routine and never ruin I again.
Thanks for your video. I have struggled to go to bed early. I go to bed late at night and wake up late, but i sleep for eight hours. Once i wake up and get out of bed immediately because I start my day with exercise and cleaning work. It is helpful to get out of bed immediately and i don't waste of time with my phone in the morning.

The problem isn't getting up early, the problem is getting to sleep on time (заснуть вовремя). So I get up at 07:00, going to bed at 23:00 to ensure that I get at least 6 hours of sleep.
Absolutely! I think if you go to bed at 11 PM and wake up at 7 AM, you sleep for 8 hours then which is perfect! I think for most people 6 hours might just not be enough 🥲
