Budo on the other hand is constantly trying to win the heart of ayano but she obviously doesn’t want him. So everytime she gets a game over, she chooses to restart the week and try again for taro. Budo gets upset by this Bc he just wants to be with her and so he’s forced to reset as well leaving him to try and win her over repeatedly everytime. She is always in a hurry to reset before he can get out what he wants to say.

They aren’t gonna go “ha ha, that’s great that you completed the game revolving around wining over this person but your gonna end up with Budo” plus Budo doesn’t like Ayano, he could like ayano in fan fic, but it’s not actually in the game
