" As per sec 90(10), If any persons fails to comply sec 90(1), he shall be liable to a penalty of ₹50,000 and in case of continuing failure, with a further penalty of ₹1,000 for each day after the first during which such failure continues, subject to a maximum of ₹2,00,000." Here ₹2,00,000 limit is applicable to only ₹1,000 or to both ₹50,000 and ₹1,000 sir? And also, what if there's no comma before "subject to" in above, will the interpretation differ? Please do answer sir!!!
