How to reach lumami mokokchung from dimapur station?? Do we get cabs or buses

We are not so sure, we reached Mokokchung from Jorhat in Assam. In Mokokchung we saw cabs and busse bound towards Kohima, So Dimapur should also be connected by busses and cabs via Wokha
