The miso you used isn't vegan but don't worry, that brand does make other miso types that don't contain dried bonito. I think the one with green packaging is vegan.

These recipes look delicious! Just thought you should know, though, I think that particular miso paste isn't vegan. It says 'dashi' on there, which is a Japanese soup stock that usually contains fish. I checked online just in case and the miso paste you're using seems to have dried bonito (fish). I'm not a vegan myself but thought you might want to know this information.
