Today my brother brought a delicious recipe for ground beef with potatoes in the oven for lunch or dinner. You're going to love it, BIG KISS ;**

Potatoes:
Ingredients
• 1 kg of English potatoes (peeled and cut into thin slices, split in half),
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil or oil,
• 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste),
• 1 teaspoon of paprika (or to taste),
• 1 teaspoon of oregano (or to taste),
• Ground black pepper (to taste),
• Approximately 50 ml of water (to sauté and cook the potatoes).
Ground beef:
Ingredients
• 500 g ground beef (of your choice),
• 1 drizzle of olive oil or oil,
• 1 chopped onion,
• 1 chopped tomato (without seeds),
• 2 cloves of garlic (crushed or chopped),
• 1 teaspoon of paprika (or to taste),
• Salt (to taste),
• Black pepper (to taste),
• 1 sachet of tomato sauce (300 g),
• Green herbs (cilantro and chives, to taste),
• Approximately 25 ml of water (optional, to adjust the consistency of the sauce).
Assembly:
• 150 g mozzarella cheese (sliced ​​or grated, quantity to taste),
• Oregano (to finish, to taste).
