Folding Sapele Key Case

Sapele Scraps + Spare Key = Folding Sapele Key case
I wanted to make something for this key that was a little more involved than just a dangling keychain but was still simple to make. I was inspired by the shape and folding action of my pocket knife and set that idea onto scraps I pulled from the trash (not from the streets of New York). I matched the brass of the key with some modified brass hardware to get some nice contrast to the redness of the oiled Sapele.
