It was great to meet you today mate your doing a great job cataloging what was once a meagre cone and is now becoming one of the world’s most iconic stadiums our third I do believe 😂
As the days go bye. The moment comes closer. A time of reflection. The grand old lady will be gone. A new dawn will break. A new home is waiting There will be tears. There will be joy. On the banks of the mersey. Our new home awaits Blue flags will wave . Blue skies up above. For this is Everton. The team that we love 💙
Thanks again for the update. Mr Drone. The stadium and pitch is looking so good and watching the finishing touches are coming along nicely. Personally I am getting impatient to see it complicated. Can't wait. Best wishes Graeme from Portsmouth. Play Up Pompey.
Me and my partner were on an overnight stay and before driving back to Durham we stopped by the stadium today to have a look. We saw you operating the drone and I was like “There’s Mr Drone!!!!!” Doing a great job mate keep up the good work.
As far as I know it's Everton and not LoR that will be doing that, so unlikely to be any time in the upcoming weeks. Probably start of the year earliest imo.
Mr.D - the platforms in the south stand you mentioned at 6:21 are not for cameras to show views from seats for season ticket holders. They will be for cameras during live televised games, but only if the broadcaster wants them. If they do, then the club will remove some seats and install the 3 platforms and cameras - the club obviously won’t sell the tickets for those seats for that particular game (so they won’t be season ticket seats). The club confirmed this with Toffee TV 👍🏻
@ Yeah, it’s mad but true, apparently - the club have confirmed. I think it’s unlikely the TV companies will take up the offer, but it’s their decision
Honestly Dunc? That’s really weird as the moved seats are out of position and leaving other seats around it very restricted. Will take an even closer look next week.
I have a question I've wanted to ask, why does the grass look worse on the North and South stand sides than in the middle? I know the seeds have yet to sprout producing that quintessential lush green football pitches we usually see.
The side of the stadium with the shorter stand compared to other side. Where it looked like they were using pumps. Was that grated security fencing they could close the bottom stand off? Of did those black fences not reach to the ground. Couldn't see.
Just wondering if there's a man in the hatch pressing the button every 108 seconds, do you remember the series "Lost" on Sky? One of the story lines was the hatch and what would happen if he failed to press the button 😅
Good planning, Nick, if the winds are going to be at you. I'd say the 'staples' are conduits for electrical wiring as the drainage system is already in at a lower level. The contractors on the pontoon have been working on their task for at least the last three of your videos and you've not realised that they're completing the outer edge of the Composite Decking and then applying the Capping Beam vertcially on the outer edge. They're not working on the balustrade, as you mentioned. The 8 stands on the West Quay are the same sort of bicycle stands that you can see along the edge inside edge of the Regent Road wall. They have the Leitch design cut into the horiziontal bar.
Phillip: I expect they're conduits for carrying wires but the pitchside advertising boards won't be in front of the West Stand, IF the plans are being followed, as the main TV Camera is on the West Stand.
The new flyby video render on the official stadium site appears to show some interesting detail that I assume is final, including: - huge EFC branding on both the North and South Stand glass; - a pair of searchlights on all four corners of the stadium; - the perimiter fencing remaining in place on all four sides of the roof - an idea of how the East plaza concessions might be set out Probably more for those with sharp eyes. Oh, and it looks like the Everton players on the pitch are running to the corner to celebrate a goal :D
Owen: apologies for dampening your enthusiasm but 'Visualisations' need a huge amount of circumspection and scepticism. Artistic Licence is prevalent. We'll just have to wait to see what EFC decide to do in the customisation phase.

At 11:10 it looks like 2 lights have been fitted under the SW corner
Thanks Mister Drone!

Nick. Great and very interesting update mate.
Thanks Nick 🍺
Hats off to those lads stretching building a wall out to three months. Possibly the blue pump is some kind of industrial jet washer?
Great video Nick as always lad UTFT 😊
In 9 months, you, Everton, will be kicking off the 25 - 26 season.
Great vid as always Nick. Any idea when they'll start laying the tiles down 'Everton Way' ?
As far as I know it's Everton and not LoR that will be doing that, so unlikely to be any time in the upcoming weeks. Probably start of the year earliest imo.
Thanks again , Stadium looks fantastic and I bet Cone guy will be now changing his vids to you wont fill it/looks crap etc 😃

Sorry mate but there's no way in hell that's true. A camera sat in the middle of the crowd??

@@DuncTheBlue1878 nah, don't believe it! That's absolutely wild

@@misterdroneuk Yeah, the club confirmed with Ped.
They’re just testing the platforms at the moment, which is why it looks untidy
In the car park facing the South Stand plaza and over the waterway, will they be drawing white painted lines? I assume they'll be eventually.
4:04 Pumping the attenuation tank out through a settlement tank as part of the final clean and I suspect a CCTV survey will follow.
Can you explain a bit more please?

Sorry no clue which stand is which. The one people say shorter due to no being able to overhang onto neighbouring property.

Once again Mr D. top man fab video hope Everton do the business against Brentford. 🏐🍀🇮🇪👍🏻C. F. C.
Hi Nick ..Great video as always. Has there been any news on when our Everton way personal stones will be laid x
Probably in the spring
Thanks. Still hard for the grass ...
reminds me of Lost season 2
that area near the pump house is the waste tanks.
I thought that was where they buried the rainwater harvesting storage tanks.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe there are any waste tanks.
Dave: they're not waste tanks. They are Water Reclamation Tanks under there, so I'd guess they're just pumping out fresh water for something.
Any idea where the tiles are with the fans names on?
They won't be going down until next year. In that big open space on the ground behind the south stand.
Good planning, Nick, if the winds are going to be at you.

Nick are the edges going to be for the electronic advertising boards maybe ? Great video as always mate

@davidbadcock2225 great info as always david and happy birthday for last weekend 😀
@@PhillipJBlastock Thanks.
Nick I think you've been getting to close the Stadium as in your video your glowing with Radio Activity..
I thought for a minute that you'd turned into the INCREDIBLE HULK..!! You were glowing with green radiation in the video

Those brickies are definitely stringing it out.
