Liver & onions done right is bussin IMO. But yeah this didn't look great. I do like beef liver a lot better than chicken liver though, chicken liver has a texture I'm not a huge fan of.
Yes, I loooove liver and watching them eat it I started strongly doubting the cook. liver tastes very sweet and delicious and not bitter at all if you cook it right. I normally fret it with cream and onions. But my strong bet is cook does not like liver and did not cook it well.
