I saw this film Deedar in my school days ..perhaps when in 9th class. The girl on the horse is Baby Tabassum . When she grew up She became known as Tabassum and did TV Shows also acted in films. The film had a huge star cast..Ashok Kumar Dilip Kumar and Nargis. The music of this lovely song was compised by the great composer Naushad.
