Really impressive! Too bad the manufacturer didn't provide the option for setting only one color, or a slow transition from color to color. One recommendations and two suggestions: recommend a LIGHT ironing of the shroud. You won't remove ALL of the wrinkles but smooth it out just enough so it doesn't look like it's been tightly packed in a suitcase for 10 years. Suggestion #1: fill a spray bottle with some diluted dark dye and age the clothing with spots and streaks. Being that it's probably polyester, you may need to add a little (it doesn't take much) liquid soap, detergent, or non-foaming carpet cleaner to help the dye mixture "cling" to the garment (cleaners break water's surface tension and allow the solution to soak into the polyester rather than slide off of it). If you make the bottom of the garment appreciably darker, you will change the perception of the figure "standing" on the ground to floating above the ground. Suggestion #2: if you have a spare fog machine, it appears the figure's support structure would accommodate some flexible ducting running up to the shoulders and down the arms, effectively giving you a fog effect emanating from the sleeves. Just be sure you have an airtight seal around the output area of the fog machine (be careful as the actual nozzle can become rather hot) and the ductwork so that the fog is properly transported up the vertical 12' distance. Congratulations on your new and awesome acquisition! Happy Haunting!
i ended up using zip ties on the one side that was 2 short to attach to the hook. I looped it through the opening hole on the end of the cable and then fastened it around the hook! I don't care what I tried it didn't work! i used two zip ties and they were tight. After over an hour I gave up and moved on.
@@jessicasmith8913 just set it up today. Not too windy in Southern California now but it does pick up later in October. I tied it down with the wire provided to an eye hook on my garage and added a 50 pound plate weight and 2 35 pound dumbbells to the base just for added support. Seems like it will hold through the season.
Cool thanks for the info! We won't be setting ours up til the first weekend of October so I'm just trying to get ideas on any extra stuff we may need to keep him stabilized.
Hate the last minute change from fans to extra lights he looks way better now if they said that sooner I wouldn’t have missed my chance to get him hopefully there’s enough stock in the next couple weeks
thanks for the video kid, it was really good. i was 2nd guessing mine i had 2 ordered somehow they let me double order but i cancelled one. i was thinking of canceling the other one but your display sold me on keeping it. can you lower the arms? a problem i had with the skeleton is having his arms in the air the wind eventually pulled the plastic to much and broke the arm lol i leave them out year round
NIce work again Brick Hunter, how do you do it? Lights up waaay better than expected than the display at Home Depot! Thanks for that! Got one last night.
I am thinking about getting this but my worry is tipping over. The only place i can put it is in my drive way close to my garage. Only place to teather would be to a downspout. Thoughts anyone?
That’s really cool keep up the good vids and I hope u are successful but I really wish you could’ve picked the color it would’ve just been 1 more hour of making for the creators of this amazing and neat animatronic
Looks cool and imposing, but I can't believe they didn't give the option to choose the color. Would have been so easy for them.
so true!!!

That freaking steel wire drove me insane!!!
Still can't figure out what thats for. I'm probably doing it wrong!
This thing is MASSIVE. The fact props this large are just regularly available to the general public now is just insane to me
Right, we'll see for how long, we know "certain" people like to ban things, America is having too much fun, we can't have that LOL
What about the cable? I can't get the thing to hook into all the hooks

Just picked one up at Home Depot today. Thanks for the video, it definitely influenced my purchase. Can’t wait to set this up!
Did you set it up yet? We bought one today and are wondering how well it stands up to windy conditions.

Sorry if you mentioned this in the video. But... are the colors static or does it constantly alternate? Thanks.
How much did it retail, cost you?
I Love your prop❤️
What?? No motion and no sound??? Pretty weak for the premium price.
Very nice, the decorations get bigger each year! I saw your mom put a pic up in the 12 ft skeleton group on FB.
It should’ve just been white, right
I want to get grim do you recommend him
I thought the box would be bigger lol
They need lights on the lower body not just the arms...
Put a yard light on it
I’d like to see a height comparison. In a more simple way I mean I want to see bricks standing next to him lol
He posted a pic like that on his Instagram!
@@rachelm2674 oh I’ll check it out.
