Definitely play the pack however you want and have fun. For those who don’t want to add mods or change the pack design there are several ways to carry stuff though. The create tool boxes and hexerii coffers for instance are fairly early game ways of grabbing loot. Although the other backpack mod is no sophisticated storage backpack it is also a way to go. If you want a portable base like storage you can always use a create contraption to carry around dozens of chests in a single slot.

This video sold me on it, and I finally redownloaded curseforge (My beloathed) With the prefab house, I actually picked the Izba style - since it's a Russian old house, and Baba Yaga lived in an Izba with chicken legs! So when I saw it had an Izba, I got happy XD That being said - I did remodel the entire inside, coz as much I appreciate historical and cultural stuff, I like my modern sensibilities lmao.
I actually also have the Cluttered mod on it too and it adds some items from animal crossing and sims4 and other cute little clutter knick knacks, so the house decoration is hella nice!
there may not be oredoubling, but if Create is in there, you can make, then crush cobble to gravel and wash that. Just need to deal with the excess flint. With sophisticated storage chests, you can auto-pack the iron nuggets into ingots and blocks and have massive stacks. Stacks too, like, the machinery is rather simple and can be expanded a lot, but even a small one can make enough iron for low level productions, meaning even if you were to need something like singularities, which I doubt with this pack, it can keep up if it just keeps being added onto.

Could you possibly one day show us how you modify the sack sizes and such? I get nervous messing in mod packs settings lol I’m always afraid I’m going to break something
It's super easy! Go to your instance folder > config > supplementaries-common.toml > right click and open with a notepad editor like notepad ++ > go to lines 524-533 and change the correct info (slots to 27 etc) then save and reload the game.

The weight limit drove me crazy because I’m a loot goblin too I’m definitely gonna change those settings myself too 💖 also how do you have the map show the actual mobs instead of just dots I can’t figure out how to do that 😅
Wait...I'm confused. This IS 1.19 or did you mean something else? lol Yeah changing that config helps a ton for sure especially for us loot goblins. xD The map icons are in the entity settings of the xaeros menu. I show how to do it in one of the videos but just click around until you find the entity settings and go in and change it to show the icons "always" and you're good to go.

I must say I'm intrigued by this mod pack and have added it to my list of mod packs to look at once I complete ATM9. I really like the starter base Prefab mod thing as it sure beats anything I normally build early game. Sadly the mod only goes to 1.19.3 so I can't add it to any 1.20 packs. I'm interested just how far down the mineshaft goes ... 64 blocks or all the way to bedrock.

They range from 2-2.5 hours (sometimes longer depending on what I do for the video itself) and I don't edit my videos but my editor uses Premiere Pro. :D Thank you so much for the kind words and I'm glad you stumbled on the channel as well!

@@Creothina No, the mimics overspawning was something we fixed due to lag on our partnered servers! Don't worry, haha. :) We are still looking into the structure mobs spawning.

New here, enjoy your content so far! Subbed :3 What config does one need to change for the backpacks to not be blocked? I have never edited one before.
im having trouble getting this pack to work, do i need a specific version of forge? do i have to remove mods that are for 1.20 since this mod is for 1.19?
My issue I had playing this mod pack was not increasing the RAM needed for the pack. This pack needs at least 4-6GB. Launch the pack in curse forge and once you redirect to the Minecraft launcher go to “installations” find cottage witch and press the 3 dots and click edit. Uncheck “use system memory settings” and it will bring up a slider to choose the size (you want between 4,000-6,000mb) this instantly fixed my game and hasn’t crashed since!

Great video, I am glad I found you. Just a question about how long the actually videos are before you edit them and what do you use to edit them with?
They range from 2-2.5 hours (sometimes longer depending on what I do for the video itself) and I don't edit my videos but my editor uses Premiere Pro. :D

I hope that Emmu didn't turn down the mimic spawns because of my video because I purposely turn them up and increase the Y level in my worlds. xD

@@Creothina No, the mimics overspawning was something we fixed due to lag on our partnered servers! Don't worry, haha. :) We are still looking into the structure mobs spawning.

im having trouble getting this pack to work, do i need a specific version of forge? do i have to remove mods that are for 1.20 since this mod is for 1.19?
You can download the pack from curseforge and everything is in 1.19.1+ but the best place to get help for it is in the Cottage Witch discord. :)
My issue I had playing this mod pack was not increasing the RAM needed for the pack. This pack needs at least 4-6GB. Launch the pack in curse forge and once you redirect to the Minecraft launcher go to “installations” find cottage witch and press the 3 dots and click edit. Uncheck “use system memory settings” and it will bring up a slider to choose the size (you want between 4,000-6,000mb) this instantly fixed my game and hasn’t crashed since!
This pack is cute. Hope you love it.

I’ve been all over my world and never seen a mimic. Is that in the cottage witch mod pack or is that something you added?

Instance folder > kubejs > client_scripts > jeihide.js > search for anything "sophisticated backpacks" > delete > save

Instance folder > kubejs > server_scripts > reciperemoval.js > search for anything "sophisticated backpacks" > delete > save
You can pick and choose which things you want to stay hidden but I just removed them all from the list so I could unlock the whole mod.

The map! It'll say "mimic" with a red dot and the brighter the dot the closer they are to you/the surface. :D

Its a resource pack called "Better stations" , the floating item is from the mod "Visual Workbench"

What is the cage's mod's name and how do you get a cow? Also what is the mod that you used to place homes?
Supplementaries is the mod with the cages and Prefab is the mod with the homes. :)
