Ingredients:
Note: The volume of the cup is 250ml
For dough:
150g (2/3 cup) butter
A pinch of salt.
130g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) sugar
3 eggs
280g (1 + 3/4 cup) flour
16g (3 tsp) baking powder
90g (6 tbsp) milk
15g (1 tbsp) cocoa
350g (2 cups) cherries from the jar
60g (4 tbsp) cherry juice
Baking pan 20x30 cm
Bake at 180℃ (356℉) for 25 minutes
For buttercream:
500ml (2 cups) milk
1 packet of pudding vanilla flavor (37g)
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
150g (2/3 cup) butter
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours
For chocolate layer:
150g (5.3 oz.) chocolate
70g (1/3 cup) butter
