I am mathematician, and never understood what is voltage. People explained it to me, but i was not satisfied with the explanation, till i saw this video.thank u very much
Wow! I mean it literally. I have never thought of electric potential in this way. Thanks for the video. I encourage you to make more such videos on basics concepts of physics.
Does this mean that the electric potential values (joules per coulombs) are volts and voltage is the difference between the volts? Are volts and voltage different?
Because they're not dangerous up there, really. In a way, they are insulated - the insulation is the 50 ft of air between the wire. They figure it's cheaper to just do that vs. coating it all with rubber.
THIS is what I was looking for several years, a simplistic explanation which makes voltage reachable.
Thank you for this!
No joke, I finally understand voltage... I wish this video existed before my a level exams.
Thank you very much for this lesson 🗿
this means if I hang on a wire without touching the ground, I don't get electrocuted. right?

Thank you for such a great explanation .
Shout-out to the best electricity foundation explaining video ever
Your videos make learning so enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
this is seriously brilliant!

Excellent explanation!
thanks maybe i get it now... maybe
Amazing!
Awesome thank you

MAHESH SIR IS BACK IN KHAN ACADEMY!
(or did i just missed some of his vids?)
