Wow Philipp, this is truly a game-changer for anyone interested in creating and automating their own AI influencer! Very complete tutorial, thank you. I still have a question, is it possible to use real photos for the background? I mean, I'd like to use a real photo of my hotel and put my character on it.
Thanks! And yes sure 🙂 try www.remove.bg or the background remove function in Canva or even in the Finder app on a Mac to remove the background of the generated image. Then replace it with your hotel. The tricky bit is getting the lighting on new background to match the lighting on your influencer. You could probably find someone on Fiverr to do this for you.
Hi Phillipp, at your second scenario file, the first step and second step does not align to the files you provide on your store. I sent you a separate email about this - as Im currently stuck. The steps and processes for this piece is not updated correctly in your video. Please assist.
I haven't found one yet. But you can save some money on Magnific if you only use it for one month. That should give you hundreds of upscales good enough for social media posts. And you'll have content for months.
I think that's only possible if you use a 3rd party scraping service with Make to monitor the public accounts. Make can't monitor other instagram accounts for new posts, only your own account.
Thanks for such a complete tutorial, it's very valueable in that you show how to use multiple tools together to get the desired effect. I've seen loads of videos on this, but I learned a few things I hadn't seen before with your video. Subscribed. Regarding Macnific, if I'm not mistaken the effect is similar to detail and or clarity in Adobe - maybe the same effect could be achieved in Photoshop or Lightroom, and without generation limits. I will investigate.
Thank you! I try to make videos about stuff that is as accessible as possible. So tools that are easy to use (Magnific more so than Photoshop) and ideally also cheap (Magnific sadly is quite expensive :) Rendernet is just a wrapper around the free to use fooocus, but it's easier to use and faster. I try to find a balance between getting great results quickly, without spending too much money and that don't require learning too much about new tools. That's also why I like automating things with Make so much. You could do all of what Make does in a script that you run yourself for free. But it's so much easier and faster to build it with Make. Please let me know how your Photoshop/Lightroom test turns out and thanks again!
Speaking for me, all these paid AI and other services add up fast. 10 dollars here, 20 there. I and others like me are really looking for free alternatives. Also "hundreds of images" when using these AI is not a lot given the inconsistency issues or limitations.
Well if $9/m for Rendernet and $9/m to automate everything with Make is too much for you, here's the free alternative. Rendernet is just a convenience and speed layer around foocus (search for foocus huggingface). And you don't need to automate things if you have time to do it yourself :) I haven't found a free upscaler to replace Magnific but just use some free upscaler and it will probably be ok results.
I'm using the only software I found that let's me record 4k video on my aging M1 Mac :) It's called tella. I made a video about my recording setup and my production "workflow" ruclips.net/video/wWmkeAnVgkc/видео.html
Tella also has a neat feature that lets you re-arrange the screen recording the "face" recording in different layouts with one click. I am completely useless when it comes to editing or "fancy" effects. So I love that extra bit of polished look without having to learn Aftereffects or something like that.
@@automate_all_the_things yeah I saw that, and I thought it might have been Camtasia or Veed because they also have those one-click layouts.. Will watch your setup video, thanks. (I'm just launching my own channel)
Hello from Germany :) Sure you could sell digital products. The general idea of influencers (real or virtual) is to get followers and to be a trusted voice. And once you have followers and trust, you can promote all sorts of things. Just keep in mind that you can loose the trust of your followers if you sell crappy products :)
Yes. There are some services that provide a third party API for Midjourney and other image generators. RenderNet.ai are also preparing an API. But the generated images are so often unusable that I wouldn’t trust a full image automation yet. Hands are still a huge problem even for the most basic prompts.
Yes midjourney’s cref came out a few days after I published this video. I’ll definitely try it out for Part 2 of this tutorial. Still collecting feedback and questions. Here or over on TikTok vm.tiktok.com/ZGePTYWhJ/
In Airtable fancier input methods like a date picker or checkbox toggles are easier to use. Also airtable has some built in automation possibilities. And you can easily upload files into it if you want someone to have access to everything. But in this case, I probably could just have used Google Sheets 😄
Today my brother had a mechanic come over to look at his truck, it won't start. I kept hearing the mechanic telling my brother to do this and that and I said to myself inside my head, hummmm, Raymond just told me yesterday that he didn't want to do anything except pay somebody to deal with That Thing. He didn't want to pick up a screwdriver or nothin and now he's out there with a screwdriver in his hand 🤣 Now I said all of this because I've been puttering around with trying to do something like this for quite a while, I'd actually like to animate my Avakin Life Avatar but a realistic human is even better! Sadly, as clear and concise as you are it still gets all scrambly in my brain, plus I Know I am not skilled enough to feel comfortable spending my hard-earned money on whatever apps and subscriptions I need in order to create one of these. So again, if you could either tell me how much it would cost me to have you make something like this for me, or what should I look for on Fiverr that's similar? And....will it only do Images or can it do video as well? because I'd like to create a tarot card reader.
Ha, I know the feeling! Just shut up and do it 😀 The running cost for this is ~$9/month for Make plus one time costs for Rendernet credits (~$10). You could also buy the Magnific upscaler for one month ($39) only if thats enough content for you. Video is still tricky. I experimented with that on this channel for a while ruclips.net/user/shortsUwu41uqbgUY I also tried another channel like this that read horoscopes. Also I'd be happy to help you set something up. Drop me a line at philipp@lazy-android.com if you'd like to proceed.
I got a BundleValidationError in the 2nd step when I start the scenario and i dont find the reason. It seems that make does not receive the ID. What could be the reason? Do you have any idea?
You could change to automation to not post to instagram but at least send you the caption text via telegram or a gmail. You could then copy and paste the caption text when you post directly to your personal instagram account?
Hm, I think there's a ton of tutorials out there already using free tools. Search youtube for fooocus for examples. Rendernet isn't that expensive and it's well worth the added convenience for me. But decide for yourself :)
I hope this takes off! It will allow tech boys to rip off simps and betas! So Everyone will be happy there! And it will force lots of young and naive women to go get a Life outside of OF! So a win-win for society!!! 😊👍🏼

@@bigsmoke4568 fair point. There are many videos on how influencers can monetize their reach on RUclips already, though. I wanted to focus on how you could create reach and followers without showing your face. BTW my Ava got her first collaboration request from a fitness brand yesterday :)

I appreciate the tutorial in automating social posts, but… I can’t comprehend why you create fake accounts, unless it’s for something immoral like scamming people
I understand what you mean. But these aren’t fake accounts for spamming. Spamming accounts quickly get banned and you have to constantly create new ones. The idea here is to create one new account and grow its audience over time. Only if you don’t spam and provide great engaging content can you grow your audience and eventually monetize it via ads or partnerships.
How so? I provide all details for free. The option to buy the scenarios is there if you want to save yourself considerable time trying to figure everything out.

I experimented with that on this channel for a while ruclips.net/user/shortsUwu41uqbgUY
I also tried another channel like this that read horoscopes.
Also I'd be happy to help you set something up. Drop me a line at philipp@lazy-android.com if you'd like to proceed.
I just wanna do it for fun at this point. Everyone is either doing it or it doesn't work but would like to try it myself.
Very nice video but A little complex with the use of airtable
Is it possible to add location for instagram using this blueprint?
Yes, you can add a location and tag other insta accounts in this automation. Here's the full docu www.make.com/en/help/app/instagram-for-business
I got a BundleValidationError in the 2nd step when I start the scenario and i dont find the reason. It seems that make does not receive the ID. What could be the reason? Do you have any idea?
Nevermind, I found the issue. Lets say it was a fff (fat finger failure) 😀
I love bugs that fix themselves :)
Will creator account work as well or only business?
With instagram I think it’s business accounts only.
oh, I did like and subscribe as well
Thank you very much that helps my small channel (and my ego 😉)
Is rendernet using my GPU to create these images?
No Rendernet renders these images on their own servers, that's why it takes only a few seconds for each image to render.
Fantastic. But need business accounts for that. Unfortunately
Thanks! And yes, sadly most social media tools (like buffer, hootsuite etc.) only work with instagram business accounts, as does my automation here.
You could change to automation to not post to instagram but at least send you the caption text via telegram or a gmail. You could then copy and paste the caption text when you post directly to your personal instagram account?
"A bit difficult" to maintain consistency in midjourney is an understatement. I cannot achieve it.
Yup I'm having a difficult time with it too.
Can you make a tutorial of how we can make one using free tools?
Hm, I think there's a ton of tutorials out there already using free tools. Search youtube for fooocus for examples. Rendernet isn't that expensive and it's well worth the added convenience for me. But decide for yourself :)
Brother Can you upload n8n Tutorials ?
I hope this takes off! It will allow tech boys to rip off simps and betas! So Everyone will be happy there!
And it will force lots of young and naive women to go get a Life outside of OF!
So a win-win for society!!! 😊👍🏼

Thank you! The response to this video has indeed been far more than I had hoped for :)
This is the beginning of the end for society
No that was book printing, perspective painting, radio, tv and computer games. Am I forgetting something? 😉
@@automate_all_the_things None of the things you mentioned had overwhelming negative effects on society, this however does, while providing absolutely zero positive benefits to society of any kind.
@@automate_all_the_thingsBtw, I just finished watching your whole video. The tutorial is solid for what it aims to achieve but you didn't really elaborate or hint at how one can even monetize this sort of content.
@@bigsmoke4568 fair point. There are many videos on how influencers can monetize their reach on RUclips already, though. I wanted to focus on how you could create reach and followers without showing your face. BTW my Ava got her first collaboration request from a fitness brand yesterday :)
How to make money withthis influencer?
I hate the internet
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On_the_Internet,_nobody_knows_you%27re_a_dog
are you german?
Ja :)
Jesus, this is terrifying. Instead of showing people how to do it you should be showing people how to spot fake accounts and flag them.
There will probably be stronger regulation and terms of services around AI generated content soon.
How to create a video
I have experimented with video faces, here's an example ruclips.net/user/shortsZC8XCwFxoQU created with Heygen. RunwayML currently has the best Text to Video generate I think.
How do we know all your RUclips comments aren't fake? This stuff is scary.
How do you know I’m not ai generated? I guess my Arnold Schwarzenegger-ish accent would be a challenge to create for an AI 🙂

It's gross how much male thirst is creating these monsters. But it is what it is.
you will have 500 subscribers in a few weeks.
Thanks! +50 subs since I published this tutorial yesterday, so hopefully yes 🙂
the cancer AI
If you ever make €10,000 upgrade your computer room and get out of that attic.
Buuuu! Dont polute the internet with more fake stuff.
Some prefer the fake ones to the real ones 😉
Please dont do this:
You're imitating the ability to create beings of God
You will regret it
mate... for the love of god... what the hell are you thinking? ai is not a living thing...
@fitsodafunis this the only way you can make money? or is the easiest?
this abdul shawarma something said some bullshit but you took that as a contest
There are plenty of reasons why this is wrong without bringing god in to it.
