I started to say im experiencing depression instead of saying I am depressed whenever I'm feeling a bit down. This is to acknowledge it are just emotions passing through and not a something Im stuck in. I try to keep my thoughts out of the past and try not to be so hard on myself. Im also not suicidal anymore.
