if you get an enderman in a boat, it can’t teleport away :) there is also a biome in the nether called the warped forest and there are lots of endermen there. make sure you wear gold armor so the piglins don’t attack you

I like to use the sword when fighting with more them one monster, because it can hit multiple targets at once
Also the weapons have a cooldown, that shows under the crosshair in the middle of your screen when you swing the tool or weapon, If you hit a target multiple times, non stop, the weapon will do way last damage, so the best is wait for the cooldown to deal more damage.
If your trying to get more diamond u should go where u got ur first diamonds there was more diamonds down into the cave🫶
