The lumpy bump of a 427 is the absolute best sound. I had a friend who had a 69 SS 396 El Camino that lumpy bumped like this exceptional example of a true American Muscle Car. 👏
This is the cream of the crop! Ain't nobody toppin' that 427 baby! I wish it was a 4 speed though.

It has a whine in the rear diff
There ain't nothing wrong with this ride. That's the kind of stuff we cruised around in during the 70's. Nobody had a pristine car. All that mattered was rims and horsepower.
You forgot to mention the best sound system money can buy!
1969. Fuel efficiency and EPA stuff? No. This car was meant to convince Ford owners that this was the Saturn V rocket of the road. I remember riding in one and I grew a mustache and had hair on my chest when I got out. This thing is a beauty. The rear angles on the Chevelle are so nice. The undercarriage is in pristine condition. I can do my wife's errands in this beast and feel good about it.
Need to get that thing aligned and straighten that steering wheel

Love this car! I had a ‘69 SS 396 when I was 19 I’m 56 now. I notice a howl from the transmission when off the throttle on this car.
I'd love to have his Job! Would be a blast to drive all the beauty's at Maple Motors.

That rear end sounds like hell
Sounds like the rear is howling a bit. Easy fix if it is. I'd probably drop some 3.73s in anyway, be a little more highway friendly. Beautiful car.

Well, no factory Chevelle's had a 427, but I guess it could be date code correct for a COPO. Beautiful either way.

Looks and sounds nice! I love it. Whoever setup the rear gears got the pattern off a little, you can hear the gears whining on deceleration.

Hey Nick, another quick question for y’all, when we see these cars with all the different emblems on them, SS, 442, GTO, so and so forth, is it possible for you to tell us if they are true to the cars or not? I know every so often you’ll tell us like if it’s a true Yenko or not a true Yenko, but I would really like to get that info as well on all the emblem cars! i had 1960;s 427 motor i was building on back in late 80; my goal was to build it up to have 750 hp but i had to sell it i needed the motor i was going to put it in my dream car a vega gt split bumper kind

Some of these had 4 piston caliper front discs, impossible to find rotors for.
Most of the scratches will come out with a good cut and polish

It's a very nice car, but it does need something. I'm not there, so I can't tell you. But I hear a hum when he. gets off the gas. which sounds like. pinion and ring are not set correctly But nine times out of 10, you have to work on any muscle car you buy before. and after. You can buy a nice one that's perfect at Vanguard muscle car but you will be paying $139,000 thousand✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌👌
