I've been eyeing this commander. Doing research on if he's worth it and came across your video. Really like D.Lightful but this guy might be superior. Base trait looks strong and you were certainly dishing it out in this battle. Would surely be a great inspiration for fast firing cruisers. If you don't mind I'd value your assessment, GG👍
@iamsuzerain3987 if you are looking to put him on Russians, don't. His base trait is superior for other nation cruisers as well the Russians, but on another commander, his special skill is useless except for the Elephant his ship because none of the other Russians cruisers have spotter. So if you want the base trait, go for it. Another tip use it for cruisers that are fast shooting like Mino or Plymouth, Baltimore, etc, to have the damage increase quicker. I hope this helps.
