Easy Crochet Drawstring Bag | The Butter Popcorn Drawstring Bag | Leftover Yarn Crochet Project

- Find out how to crochet this super easy drawstring bag to add to your crochet collection. This is an original crochet stitch that I designed while thinking of mouth-watering butter popcorn... without using the popcorn stitch. I hope you'll try this out, especially if you love popcorn.
It also doesn't require a lot of yarn, so it's a good project if you have some leftover yarn from a larger project.
What I used:
Yarn: Fine/Sport weight 100% cotton yarn (30g used)
Hook size: 3.50mm
Basic skills required for this project (US terms used):
- Chain Stitches (CH)
- Slip Stitch (SLST)
- Single Crochet (SC)
- Double Crochet (DC)
- Treble Crochet/Triple Crochet (TR)

I just followed this tutorial and made one smaller than yours. I love this and thanks for being easy to follow!
The bag is so beautiful but I have a problem, sometimes when I’m doing the second crochet round the triple crochet bubble just kinda flattens.. I don’t understand why that happens, could you possibly help?
A bit Confusing but end result was good
Love it so much . Thanks ❤
Is the yarn play a big role🥲
I love this pattern. Have made three so far with different colors and types of yarn and given them to family and friends. Working on my fourth pouch now!
My bobbles become flat not stick out? Only a few pop out. What am I doing wrong?
I just made one for my cousin and I love how simple and quick it is!!
I’m doing the bag now and I really love how beautiful it looks. I had some problem with starting and ending the two repeated rows initially but got the hang of it after a while. And asking us to use the marker really helped. I’m definitely going to use the same method in my other crochet work next time, esp when working in rounds where I tend to get confused as to which stitch to end the round. Tks for this lovely video.
What brand yarn are you using
