"Queencard" is the English version of "Kwinka". "Kwinka" is a Korean term used for the most popular girl in school or any setting where there is a "top" girl or most popular girl. They sing both "Kwinka" and "Queencard" in the song/video. "Queencard" is the 2 of 2 song in a dual message between "Allergy" and "Queencard". The general story of the 2 videos is that (song writer) Soyeon is a nerd who want's to be cool and popular like the other girls. Her insecurities about herself are mostly brought on by consuming social media like instagram and TicTok where she sees the other girls being beautiful and living perfect lives. Behind the scenes we see these perfect lives are a social media lie. The other girls also feel inferior for the same reasons as Soyeon. Soyeon decides that getting plastic surgery will solve all her problems and make her the "Kwinka" that she want's to be. While under anesthesia, Soyeon dreams of what it will be like to finally be beautiful and popular but comes to realize that happiness comes from loving herself just as she is. She wakes up on the operating table and runs away from the hospital. Her new found confidence is reflected in the way that she carries herself and the others now see that confidence and happiness in her. They admire "the confident in her own skin" Soyeon now. The final "I feel you" message is directed at all of the people who feel like they don't measure up. "I feel" is the name of the album for which "Queencard" is the title track.
